feedback.tools exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so an AI assistant (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT or Codex) can read your survey data and answer questions about it right in a chat: "What are the top complaints this month?", "What's my CSAT trend?", "Summarize the bug reports from German users." It can also create surveys, change their settings and import feedback. It can delete a single response, but only when you ask it to, and it asks you to confirm first. It can't delete a survey or your account.

How it connects

You give your assistant one address, the same for every client:

  • Server address: https://feedback.tools/mcp

There is no token or API key to copy. The first time the assistant connects, it opens feedback.tools in your browser. You sign in, check which app asks for access and click Allow. The assistant then works with the account you signed in to.

The assistant keeps the connection alive by itself. If you don't use it for 30 days, connect again.

See and remove connected apps

Every app you allowed shows up in Settings → MCP connection under Connected apps, with the date it connected and when it was last used. Click Disconnect to remove an app. It loses access right away.

Connect a client

Pick your client from the sidebar for exact setup steps:

The server signs clients in with OAuth and identifies them by a client metadata document (CIMD). Clients that need dynamic client registration (DCR), such as Cursor and VS Code, can't connect yet.
