The Ruzora MCP server
Connect your assistant to Ruzora’s hiring toolkit. It can plan a role, check a job post, screen and interview candidates, show you engineers we have already vetted, and contact us for you. No API key, no sign-up to connect, no rate card to negotiate first. One URL.

What you get out of it
Ruzora places senior engineers from Latin America into US startup teams, and builds fixed-price software when a team would rather buy the outcome than the headcount. Most people find that out by reading a landing page. This server exists so an assistant can find it out instead, on your behalf, in the middle of the conversation where the question came up.
25 of the 35 tools are read-only. Most of them work entirely on what you paste in, such as a job post, a CV or your interview notes, and none of them record anything about you. The other 10 send data to Ruzora: they create a record so a real person can follow up, and your assistant should ask before it calls one. The 5 marked “verified email” below act for a company, so they first need a work email, verified with a 6-digit code. Read the MCP section of our privacy policy for exactly which fields leave your machine and what we do with them.
It is free, and it will stay free. We built it because a founder who tells their assistant “find me two React engineers” has already done the hard part of buying, and we would rather be callable at that moment than SEO-adjacent to it.
Install it in your client
Every client below supports remote MCP servers. Menu names move around between releases, so if yours does not match, look for “Connectors” or “MCP” in settings. The inputs are always the same: a name, the URL, and no authentication.
Claude Code
One command. Nothing to edit by hand.
claude mcp add --transport http ruzora https://mcp.ruzora.com/mcp
Claude (web and desktop)
Custom connectors live in settings. Paste the URL and leave authentication off.
- Open Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Ruzora and paste https://mcp.ruzora.com/mcp as the remote MCP server URL.
- Leave the OAuth fields empty. The server takes no authentication.
- Save, then start a new chat. Claude will list the Ruzora tools when you ask about hiring.
ChatGPT
Custom MCP connectors are behind developer mode in settings.
- Open Settings, then Apps & Connectors (called Connectors on some plans), then Advanced settings, and turn on developer mode.
- Back in Apps & Connectors, choose Create to add a custom connector.
- Name it Ruzora, paste https://mcp.ruzora.com/mcp as the MCP server URL, and set authentication to none.
- Save and enable it on the conversation you want to use it in.
Perplexity
Remote custom connectors live in Perplexity's settings.
- Open Settings, then Connectors, then + Custom connector.
- Choose Remote.
- Name it Ruzora, paste https://mcp.ruzora.com/mcp, and set authentication to none.
- Perplexity will show an "unverified custom connector" notice. That is expected for any server you add yourself; save and enable it.
Cursor
Either use Settings, Tools and MCP, Add custom MCP, or write the config file directly.

Grok and Mistral Le Chat
Both let you add a remote MCP server yourself. The wording differs, the inputs do not.
- Find the connectors or MCP section in settings.
- Add a custom or remote server.
- Paste https://mcp.ruzora.com/mcp and choose no authentication.
- Transport is streamable HTTP. If the client asks for SSE, this server does not speak it.
The 35 tools
Grouped by the job they help with. Read-only tools return an answer and record nothing about you. Sends data tools pass what you give them to Ruzora, which creates a record a person follows up on. Tools with a card also return an interactive card that Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP Apps hosts render; the text answer is always there too.
- 25 read-only
- 10 send data
- 9 with a card, from 5 card templates
- 5 need a verified work email
No assistant at hand? The coding challenge also runs from a web form: check a candidate free.
Plan the role (5)
Work on your own role, in Sol or in your own AI assistant.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
build_role_scorecard Build a Role Scorecard | read-only | Turns "we need a senior full-stack dev" into a mission, 12-month outcomes, must-haves and an interview map. |
calibrate_seniority Calibrate Seniority | read-only | The level a role really needs, judged by scope rather than years, with questions that separate adjacent levels. |
compare_hiring_models Compare Ways to Hire an Engineer | read-only | 12-month cost and risk of an employee, contractor, freelancer, agency, staff augmentation or EOR, on your numbers. |
write_job_description Write an Engineering Job Description | read-only | A job post senior engineers answer, with a check for pay-range rules, citizenship wording and inflated requirements. |
explain_ruzora_terms Explain Ruzora's Standard Terms | read-only | Ruzora's published terms in plain words: pricing model, commitment, the 60-day replacement guarantee and its limits. |
Check job posts (2)
Deterministic rule checks on text you paste. The check itself uses no AI model.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
lint_job_post Check a Job Post for Legal and Bias Problems | read-onlycard: findings | A fix list for any engineering job post: missing pay range, "US citizens only", coded words, too many must-haves. |
check_pay_transparency Check Pay Transparency Rules for a Job Post | read-onlycard: findings | Which US state and city pay-transparency laws apply, by hiring location, company size and remote status, with the statute. |
Screen candidates (4)
Organizes evidence for a person to decide. Never rejects anyone.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
triage_resumes Triage Engineering Resumes | read-only | Scores pasted CVs against your must-haves with evidence, an optional blind mode and screening-call questions. |
detect_resume_injection Detect Hidden AI Instructions in a Resume | read-onlycard: findings | Finds hidden instructions aimed at AI screeners, invisible characters and keyword stuffing in resume text. |
review_code_sample Review a Candidate's Code or GitHub | read-only | A plain-English review of a repo or code sample for non-technical hirers, with authorship checks. |
check_identity_risk Check a Remote Candidate for Fraud | read-only | An identity-verification protocol for remote hires and a red-flag log, the same checks for every finalist. |
Interview and decide (6)
Structured interviews, tests and debriefs. You make the decision.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
build_interview_kit Build a Structured Interview Kit | read-only | A lean interview loop: stages, owners, fixed questions, an anchored 1-4 rubric and a legal check of the questions. |
developer_interview_questions Interview Questions for Non-Technical Interviewers | read-only | Questions for founders who are not engineers, with what a strong answer and a bluff sound like. |
design_coding_assessment Design an AI-Resilient Coding Test | read-only | A coding test that still works when candidates use AI, with a hidden rubric and the follow-up conversation. |
score_interview_notes Score Interview Notes and Write the Debrief | read-only | Raw interview notes into an anchored scorecard per interviewer and a debrief memo with bias flags. |
plan_reference_check Plan a Reference Check | read-only | Verify referees are real, a call script aimed at the risks found in interviews, and a risk register. |
build_onboarding_plan Build a 30-60-90 Onboarding Plan | read-only | Least-privilege day-one access, a first PR in week one, a buddy plan and milestones tied to the scorecard. |
Use Ruzora's vetting (6)
Reads Ruzora's live data, and two tools that send a request to Ruzora when you ask.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
verify_ruzora_badge Verify a Ruzora Vetted Badge | read-onlycard: badge | Checks that a "Ruzora Vetted" badge is real and current, which stacks it covers and when vetting happened. |
search_vetted_engineers Search Ruzora's Vetted Engineers | read-onlycard: bench | Blind profiles of vetted senior engineers in Latin America available now, by stack, level and US-hours overlap. |
check_market_supply Check Available Vetted Engineers | read-onlycard: bench | Whether vetted engineers are available now for a stack: Available or On request. No counts, no profiles. |
send_coding_challenge Send a Candidate the Ruzora Coding Challenge | sends datacard: statusverified email | Creates Ruzora's free coding challenge for a candidate you found. You forward the link; Ruzora never emails them. |
get_vetting_status Check a Ruzora Vetting Request | read-onlycard: status | Progress on a challenge you sent: not started, in progress, finished or expired, and scores once delivered. |
request_vetted_shortlist Request a Vetted Engineer Shortlist | sends datacard: shortlistverified email | Asks Ruzora for a vetted shortlist within 72 hours. Profiles stay blind until an agreement is signed. |
Verify and talk to Ruzora (6)
Each sends what you give it to Ruzora, only when you ask. A person follows up.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
verify_work_email Verify a Work Email | sends data | Emails you a 6-digit code and a confirm link. Needed before any action marked "verified email". |
confirm_work_email Confirm a Work Email | sends data | Exchanges the code for a token valid 7 days and opens your Sol account with that email. |
save_role Save a Role in Sol | sends dataverified email | Saves the role you are hiring for in your Sol workspace, where its shortlists collect. |
check_hiring_fit Check Fit for a Hiring Quote | sends dataverified email | Five quick questions (roles, runway, budget, timing) to see whether a quote makes sense, and the next step. |
request_project_scoping_call Request a Software Project Scoping Call | sends dataverified email | For a fixed-price build or a rescue: checks budget and timing and returns a scoping-call booking link when it fits. |
create_factory_inquiry Request a Software Project | sends data | Describes a custom software project for a fixed-price quote, with optional budget band and timeline. |

|---|---|---|
start_honest_read Start an Honest Read of an App Idea | read-only | Returns the interview your assistant runs with you to produce an Idea Read: what to build first and the hard parts. |
submit_honest_read Submit an Idea Read for a Verdict and PDF | sends data | Sends the Idea Read, your email and an optional first name to Ruzora for a verdict and a PDF by email. |
Jobs and company (4)
Ruzora's open roles and services, and the application for engineers.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
list_open_roles List Open Roles | read-only | Every engineering role Ruzora has open, with stack, seniority and where to apply. |
get_job_details Get Job Details | read-only | One role in full: responsibilities, requirements and stack. Takes a job slug such as devops-engineer. |
get_company_info Get Company Info | read-only | What Ruzora does, how the two service lines differ, and how vetting works. |
submit_candidate_application Apply to the Talent Network | sends data | For engineers: name, email, optional phone and LinkedIn, role category and a short intro. Updates an earlier application with the same email. |
Want to try one first? 16 of the read-only tools have a free page on this site, and the deterministic checks run right in your browser: free hiring tools.
The 6 resources
Resources are documents an assistant can pull into context without calling a tool. Useful when someone asks a broad question and the assistant wants the whole picture rather than one field. The server also lists the 5 card templates (ui://widget/…) that hosts load for the tools with a card.
ruzora://about
About Ruzora
Company overview, both service lines, the numbers we quote publicly.
ruzora://services/staff-augmentation
Staff Augmentation
How embedded senior LATAM engineers work: process, timeline, what a client actually gets.
ruzora://services/software-factory
Software Factory
Fixed-price custom development. Scoping, milestones, warranty.
ruzora://jobs
All Open Roles
The current roles list as a readable document, for when an assistant wants context rather than a tool call.
ruzora://process
Hiring Process
The five vetting stages and what each one filters out.
ruzora://faq
FAQ
The questions buyers ask before they book a call.
The 21 prompts
Every hiring playbook is also a prompt, so clients with a prompt menu can start one in a click. Each takes one optional argument: your situation, pasted in.

Things to type once it is connected
Assistants are better at this when you tell them the server exists. Naming Ruzora in the prompt is usually enough.
If you are hiring
We need a senior full-stack engineer for our fintech app. Build me a role scorecard, then check the job post I'm about to publish.
Show me Ruzora's vetted senior React engineers in Latin America, then ask Ruzora for a shortlist of two.
Compare the 12-month cost of a US employee, a contractor and staff augmentation for a $160k senior backend role.
If you are an engineer
I'm a Python engineer in Peru looking for US remote work. What does Ruzora have open, and can you apply for me?
Pull the full description for Ruzora's DevOps engineer role and tell me whether my Kubernetes and Terraform background fits.
Fine print
Transport
Streamable HTTP only. Server-sent events are deprecated in the MCP spec and this server does not implement them.
Authentication
None to connect. Read-only tools need nothing at all. The 5 tools that act for a company first verify a work email with a 6-digit code, and the token that proves it lasts 7 days. Confirming the code creates a free Sol account for that email, or signs you into the one you have. Personal inboxes such as Gmail are refused for those.
Rate limits
Per IP address, tuned to normal assistant traffic. If you hit one you will get a retry hint back. Do not try to route around it.
Discovery
Listed in the official MCP Registry as com.ruzora/ruzora. Machine manifests live at /.well-known/mcp.json and /llms.txt.
Stability
Tools and schemas can change. Nothing here carries a service level, so please do not build a product on top of it without talking to us first.
