What the assistant can do
- Read your attacks, medication doses, daily diary, computed insights, medication-overuse status and clinician reports.
- Log new attacks, medication doses, diary entries, and triggers or protectors — and correct entries it created.
- It can never delete anything. Deleting records stays in the app, on purpose.
Before you start
- A Migraine.Club account you can sign in to.
- Health-data consent granted in the app — without it, the assistant is refused access to your records.
- A Claude account on a plan that allows custom connectors.
Connection details
Server URL
https://www.migraine.club/api/mcp
OAuth client ID
LlUMuWLF7MHotG0V
Leave the OAuth client secret field empty. The connection uses PKCE and does not need one. The client ID above is not a secret — it is sent in the sign-in link and is safe to share.
Things to try
Ask in your own words — these are only examples.
- How many migraines did I have in the last 30 days, and how bad were they?
- I have a migraine right now, about a 4 out of 5, and I took sumatriptan.
- Is there any pattern in what triggers my attacks?
Your data and your control
Connecting sends the records you ask about to your AI provider so it can answer. Only your own data is ever reachable, and only while the connection is active. We never sell your data.
You can disconnect at any time from the connector settings in Claude, or revoke access from your Migraine.Club account. Anything the assistant logged stays in your diary and can be edited or deleted in the app as normal.
If something goes wrong
It says consent is required
Open Migraine.Club, grant health-data consent in your privacy settings, then ask the assistant again.
It cannot log anything, only read
The connection was approved for reading only. Remove the connector in Claude and add it again, approving the full request.
It says it is not authorised
Remove the connector and add it again. That issues a fresh sign-in and usually clears it.
Migraine.Club is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. An AI assistant can make mistakes, including when reading or recording your health records — always check anything important in the app, and talk to your clinician about treatment decisions.
