• The exact total, deposit and cancellation terms are shown and accepted before anything is booked.
• On a guarantee rate your card only holds the room — nothing is charged at booking.
• Add your hotel loyalty number: points, elite nights and your status benefits still count, on top of the advisor perks.
• The FlyBest booking service does not receive your full chat transcript. Card details go from the payment page to the reservation system to make your booking; we keep only the last four digits; see our privacy notice and terms.

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no fee for using FlyBest. You pay the hotel for your stay, as you would booking direct.

What are “advisor perks”?

Many luxury hotels give guests booked through a travel advisor extras at the same price as the public rate: typically daily breakfast for two, a hotel credit, an upgrade on arrival when available, and early check-in or late check-out. FlyBest shows them on the rates that carry them, next to the public rate. Partner rates come from Virtuoso and the hotel groups’ own advisor programmes, booked through Coastline Travel Advisors, a Virtuoso member agency.

Do I still earn hotel points and elite nights?

Yes. Your booking is made with the hotel on its own rates. Give your loyalty number and your points, elite nights and status benefits apply as usual, on top of the advisor perks. (Brands without a points programme, such as Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental and Aman, give benefits rather than points.)

How do I install the plugin?

Click “Install in Claude” on this page to open the FlyBest plugin. Follow Claude’s prompts to add the plugin and connect its hotel tools. Sign in with your email address and a six-digit code when connecting, then ask for a hotel: put the city, the dates and who is travelling in your first message (see the examples above) and Claude checks live rates straight away.

What does the plugin include?

Live hotel search, rate and benefit comparisons, secure payment pages, tools to view and cancel your own bookings, and hotel-search and booking Skills. The Skills guide Claude to check dates, guests, room details, benefits, payment and cancellation terms before helping you continue.

Can I use another AI client?

MCP-compatible clients can connect to https://ai.flybest.org/mcp. See the client setup instructions; plugin and Skills support depends on your client.

Can I cancel?

Yes, within the rate’s own terms. Ask Claude to show your bookings and cancel one: it shows the cancellation terms accepted at booking first and only cancels after you confirm.

Travelling with children?

The payment link books the adults; your advisor then confirms the children and any extra-person charge or bedding with the hotel and gets back to you. For non-refundable rates with children, e-mail [email protected].

Does it book flights?

The FlyBest plugin currently books hotels only. For flights, contact Jay directly.
