How do I get started with Demiton?

The free path needs nothing but a business email. Paid options come after.

  1. Create your account - app.demiton.io/auth/register - 30 seconds, no credit card. You will need a business email address. A free Public tier account is created immediately.
  2. Connect an AI client - point Claude Desktop or ChatGPT at Ask Demiton over MCP. Every tier includes MCP access; what changes is the data it can read.
  3. Ask a real question about public civil work - try “Who won Queensland road contracts over $5M this year?”. The answer comes back sourced from AusTender, ABR and BOM, with a citation for every fact.
  4. Decide whether you need your own data in the answer - the Public tier shows awarded contracts. Open tenders, planning notices and your own uploaded history sit on Insights and above - see the tiers below.

What is Civil Memory in Demiton?

Civil Memory is the core concept: one continuous, sourced record of a civil job from the public market through delivery. The public half is structured as OCDS (contracting processes from AusTender and state portals). The delivery half is structured as OC4IDS (infrastructure projects from your connected systems). The award is the seam where a public tender becomes your private delivery project.
