What exactly is Nexsus — The substrate?
Nexsus — The substrate is a private workspace your AI assistant connects to. It gives the assistant a persistent, structured memory and a secure place to store and work with your data — so it remembers your context instead of starting fresh every time.
Which AI tools can I use it with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Desktop — and anything that speaks the open MCP standard. One workspace, every assistant.
Is my data private?
Every customer gets a separate, walled-off workspace isolated at the database level. Your data is never mixed with anyone else’s.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Free plan needs only an email to get started — no card, and its generous limits aren't time-boxed.
How do I connect my assistant?
Add Nexsus — The substrate as a connector in your assistant's settings and sign in. It's the standard MCP “Connect” flow — nothing to copy-paste.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Export any time and delete for good. Cancel and your workspace is removed — we'd rather promise deletion than hoard your data.
