momo.ai

Cloud-native meeting scheduling for AI assistants. Check availability, all your calendars at once, rules you set, create scheduling requests, track replies, and reschedule or cancel. Changes are previewed first, and nothing is sent without approval. Runs on EU GDPR compliant infrastructure.

Documentation

  • momo reads the scheduling details, not your mailbox.
  • momo reads when you are busy and writes the meetings it books — nothing else.
  • External participants can pick a time without creating an account.

See It In Action

Frank emails a client: "Let's find a time next week." He adds momo@momo.ai to CC.

momo.ai reads the thread, checks both calendars, and sends the client three available slots — in under a minute. The client picks one. Everyone gets a calendar invite. Frank never opens a scheduling tool.

How It Works

01

You CC momo

On the email you're already writing.

02

momo finds the time

It reads the request, checks everyone's calendars, and proposes times that actually work.

03

It's in the calendar

One click from your counterpart — or no click at all between momo users. Everyone gets the invite.

Scheduling that lives in your inbox

Most scheduling tools ask you to leave email and go somewhere else. momo.ai doesn't. It works where you already are.

✉

Email-Native

No app or booking page URL to copy-paste. One CC, and momo.ai takes it from there.

⚡

Zero Setup

Connect your calendar once. For each scheduling email, momo can check availability — no event types to set up.

📅

Multi-Calendar

Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and CalDAV — momo.ai checks real availability in the calendars you connect.

FAQ

Answers for teams evaluating a Calendly alternative.

How is momo.ai different from Calendly?

Calendly works well when you want people to book time with you from a public link. momo.ai is for when you're already in an email thread and need to find a time that works for a specific group — without anyone leaving their inbox.

Do participants always need to pick a time?

No. If all participants have a momo.ai account with a connected calendar, momo.ai can find a common slot and book the meeting automatically. External participants receive a simple selection link.

Do external participants need an account?

No. Anyone you CC or email can pick a time from a simple link — no signup, no account, no friction on their end.

Can I migrate from Calendly workflows?

Yes. Most people start by using momo.ai for the scheduling conversations that already happen over email — the ones where Calendly doesn't quite fit.

Trust & data

What momo reads

momo reads the scheduling details, not your mailbox.

The text of an inbound mail is processed to recognise the request and only the extracted parameters — time, participants, modality — are kept, with the one exception in block 3.

See the Privacy Policy, section 2.1.

What calendar access means

momo reads when you are busy and writes the meetings it books — nothing else.

The calendar scopes are free/busy read and event write.

AI and your email

We never use your emails to train general-purpose AI models. When momo fails to understand a scheduling request, a redacted copy of that message is kept for up to 14 days to improve momo's own intent recognition.

See the Privacy Policy, section 2.1, Improving intent recognition.

Where it runs, and who else is involved

Core processing and storage operate on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany). Calendar sign-in with Google or Microsoft involves those providers in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Paid plans use Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland).

For CalDAV you supply the server. Availability checks go to that server, which may be outside the EEA.

Google returns busy times and nothing else. Microsoft and your own CalDAV server can return more — the subject of an entry, for example — and momo keeps only its start and end.
