WonderCal

WonderCal is scheduling infrastructure for AI agents.

Documentation

Ship group scheduling without rebuilding it.

Connect your agent or product to WonderCal's hosted MCP service. We handle availability, participant coordination, overlap, and booking for hard group meetings.

The part that looks easy

Calendar logic gets hard the moment a third person joins.

One-to-one scheduling is a link. Group scheduling is required and optional participants, Google, Microsoft, and Apple calendars, time zones, reschedules, missing availability, and people outside your company.

You can spend product cycles discovering those edge cases yourself. Or your MCP-compatible agent can hand the meeting to WonderCal and use the coordination logic already built behind the hosted service.

Ship sooner. Skip the calendar edge cases.

Use the released hosted service

Add multi-person scheduling through MCP without turning calendar edge cases into a new product roadmap.

Keep your interface and agent

Call WonderCal from your own product while your system keeps the conversation and user relationship.

Grow from one-to-one to real groups

Handle required and optional people across companies, calendar systems, and time zones without a rewrite.

One MCP handoff in. A confirmed group meeting out.

  1. Your system sends the brief

After OAuth authorization, pass the participants, duration, timing, and constraints through MCP.
  2. WonderCal resolves availability

Our logic checks connected Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar free/busy data and searches for the best group overlap.
  3. WonderCal handles the gaps

Participants who are not connected can provide availability without forcing your agent to stop at a booking link.
  4. Your system gets the result

WonderCal sends invitations and returns the confirmed meeting state so your agent can continue.

WHY WONDERCAL

The scheduling engine behind your product.

Hosted MCP endpoint for MCP-compatible agents

OAuth-protected access

Connected Google and Microsoft free/busy availability

Availability collection when a calendar is not connected

Required and optional participants

Cross-company group scheduling

The hosted MCP service is live.

The protected endpoint and its OAuth metadata are public. A browser request without an access token returns 401 by design. REST, OpenAPI, webhooks, SDKs, and an exact tool count remain unconfirmed until WonderCal publishes direct evidence for them.

Questions

What people need to know before they hand off a meeting.

Do we have to use Claude?

No. WonderCal exposes a hosted MCP service for MCP-compatible clients. Client-specific connection support can vary, so verify the client before you commit to an implementation.

Does WonderCal work when participants use different calendar systems?

Yes. WonderCal is designed to find overlap across Google, Microsoft, and Apple calendars and across company boundaries.

What if a participant has not connected a calendar?

WonderCal can request availability conversationally and combine that response with connected free/busy data.

Which developer interfaces are released today?

The hosted MCP service is released and its OAuth metadata is public. This page does not claim that REST, OpenAPI, webhooks, SDKs, or an exact MCP tool count are released.
