Plan a route, no account needed
Paste your stops and Raute puts them in the best driving order for each driver, on a map, right in the chat. Once the connector is added, ask in plain words, for example:
Plan the best delivery route for these stops, starting from 1200 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015, split between 2 drivers: 6801 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028 111 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012 5905 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, CA 91608

What it does, and its limits
- Up to 25 US street addresses per request, plus an optional start address.
- One driver, or the stops split across up to 5 drivers, by fewest miles or an even load.
- Distances and times are estimates: straight line legs at typical city speeds, plus 5 minutes per stop. It plans the order; it does not give turn by turn directions.
- An address that cannot be placed exactly, or that matches places in several states, is named in the answer instead of being guessed, with the closest match when there is one.
Connect your Raute account
Add Raute once, sign in with your Raute login, and the assistant works on your own board: your stops, your drivers, your day. No keys to copy and nothing to install. Things you can ask:
- “What is left today, and who is running late?”
- “Add these for tomorrow: Maria Lopez, 1450 W 7th St, Los Angeles, CA 90017, after 2 PM. Coastal Clinic, 220 Pier Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90405.”
- “Give ORD-1042 and ORD-1043 to Priya.”
- “Plan tomorrow across all the drivers.”
- “Why is ORD-1051 with Danny and not Marcus?”
- “Add Priya Shah as a driver, priya@example.com, starting from the warehouse.”
- “Undo that.”

What it can do, and what it cannot
- It acts as you: it sees and changes only what your own Raute login can, and it is for the people who run the fleet. Drivers use the Raute app.
- The assistant asks you before it runs anything that changes your account, unless you have told it not to ask.
- Every change comes back with an id, and "undo that" puts the stops back as they were, or removes the stops or the driver it added.
- It cannot delete your orders or drivers. Undo removes only what it added itself, and a driver only before they have started using the app or been given stops.
Your data
Route planner: the addresses are used only to answer the request. They are placed on the map through the U.S. Census Bureau's public geocoder, put in order, and sent back to the assistant. Raute does not store them or link them to you.
Your account: the assistant reads and changes your Raute account the way you do in the app, under your own login. Each change it makes is kept in your account's history so it can be undone. Nothing from either connector is used to train AI models. Details in our privacy policy.
