How does per-minute billing work?
Minutes are billed at $1 each. You buy bundles (10, 25, or 60 minutes) or a subscription with a monthly minute allowance, and minutes are deducted only while you are in a live session with an expert.
What if no expert is online?
Availability is shown live on this page. If no expert is online when you need help, you can schedule a call for a later time instead of waiting.
Is remote control safe?
Yes. Remote control only happens if the expert requests it and you explicitly approve it right in your browser. You see everything the expert does and can end the remote-control session instantly at any time.
How are experts vetted?
Experts apply, pass an AI skills exam, consent to a background check, and sign an independent contractor agreement. Only approved experts can take calls, and customers rate every session.
How do subscriptions work?
A subscription gives you 45 minutes each month — $39/month or $390/year (two months free). Minutes are deducted only while you are in a live session with an expert.
What is the refund policy?
Unused minutes can be refunded within the terms described in our Refund Policy.
