Is it free?

Yes. Pipeline Pal is currently free while it's in beta.

Where is my data stored, and who can see it?

Your CRM data is stored on servers in Switzerland and is only accessible to your account. ChatGPT sees what the app returns when you ask for it. Details are in the privacy policy.

Do I need a ChatGPT plan?

You need a ChatGPT account that can use apps. Availability depends on your plan and region.

Does it work outside ChatGPT?

Yes. In Grok, or any assistant that supports custom MCP connectors, add https://plugins.works/pipeline-pal/mcp as a custom connector and sign in with your plugins.works account. It's tested in ChatGPT and Grok. Claude, Cursor and VS Code should work too but haven't been tested yet.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Get in touch via the support page and your account and all its data will be deleted.

Does it read my email?

No. Pipeline Pal has no email access. If you want email help, ChatGPT's own Gmail connector can work alongside it.
