What the agent sees

agent_action	Meaning
accept	Use the contact as given.
confirm_with_user	Read the reason and any "did you mean" back to the user before using it.
ask_user_for_country	The number has no country code; ask, then retry with default_country.
reject_if_signup_else_confirm	Disposable inbox: block for sign-ups, otherwise confirm.
reject	Not a usable contact.

Name Match: is this really their wallet?

At sign-up, with the person's consent, call match_name (or POST /v1/name-match) with the name they gave and their mobile money number (network optional). For Ghana mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AT) you get a 0–100 score and a verdict: match (accept), partial (confirm with the user), mismatch (do not onboard or pay out). 3 credits. The registered name is never returned to you and never stored by GuardAccess. Everywhere else in Africa and the USA the verdict is name_unavailable with free signals (number valid, line type, carrier, mobile money network, name plausibility) for 1 credit. unresolved (lookup failed) costs nothing.
