Quick Start

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.8+
  • Oracle Instant Client (for Oracle support)
  • PostgreSQL client libraries

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/yourusername/dbadeedsai.git
    cd dbadeedsai
    
  2. Install dependencies:

    pip install -r requirements.txt
    
  3. Copy environment file:

    cp .env.example .env
    
  4. Edit .env with your configuration:

    FLASK_ENV=development
    SECRET_KEY=your-secret-key
    OPENAI_API_KEY=sk-...
    
  5. Run the application:

    python wsgi.py
    

Visit http://localhost:5000 to access the web interface.

Configuration

Environment Variables

  • FLASK_ENV: Set to development or production
  • SECRET_KEY: Flask secret key for sessions
  • OPENAI_API_KEY: OpenAI API key for AI features
  • ANTHROPIC_API_KEY: Anthropic Claude API key (optional)
  • GOOGLE_API_KEY: Google AI API key (optional)
  • GROQ_API_KEY: Groq API key (optional)

Web Interface

  • Dashboard: Overview of connections and recent activity
