MCP server endpoint

This address is a Model Context Protocol server (csoai-gspc-mcp 1.4.4, Streamable HTTP). Add https://councilof.ai/mcp to an MCP client; this page is what a browser sees.

We measure, never certify. Verification is VALID / INVALID / UNCHECKABLE; an unmeasured axis is a first-class answer.
