From problem to finished document, without leaving the chat
The same plain-English questions and the same flat prices as the website. Your assistant does the typing.
1
Describe it
Tell your assistant what happened, in your own words. It matches the letter, notice or application that fits and tells you the price.
2
Answer a few questions
It asks what the document needs, one question at a time: who, how much, when, and what you want to happen.
3
Pay the flat price
It gives you a secure Stripe link. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Your assistant never sees your card.
4
Read and approve
About five minutes later the draft is ready. Your assistant can read it to you; change the wording or ask for a redraft, then approve it.
What it looks like
A typical conversation once the connector is switched on.
Example conversation
Use Claim Done. A customer owes me $2,400 for fencing I finished on 2 September and has ignored two reminders. I'm in New South Wales.
That fits a Letter of Demand, flat $49. A few questions first: what is the customer's full name or business name, and do you have their address or email?
Example Pty Ltd, accounts@example.com.au
Thanks, that's everything. Here is your secure payment link. Once you've paid, the draft is usually ready in about five minutes and I can read it to you. Nothing is sent to the customer until you approve it.

Every document drafted from your answers works through the connector. The Business Contract Review needs a file upload, so use the website for that one.
Building an AI app or agent? Earn 20% on every document
If your assistant, agent or app talks to people about unpaid invoices, bonds, refunds, work problems or tribunal claims, connect it to Claim Done. Your users leave with a finished document they can act on, and you earn on every one they pay for.

Join the partner program. It is free and takes about 90 seconds. Most applications are approved within 24 hours, and you receive a partner code.
2
Put your code in the connector address and use it in your app's MCP configuration, or give it to your users to add to their assistant.

Every document started through that address is credited to you. Nothing else changes for your users: the same flat prices, payment through Stripe, and they approve every document before anything is sent.
No API key, no contract and no volume commitment.
The rules your assistant follows
The connector keeps every promise the website makes.
You approve first
Letters go to the other party only after you approve them on your dashboard. Applications come to you as a PDF to lodge yourself.
Your card stays with Stripe
Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page. Neither your assistant nor Claim Done sees your card details.
Drafted for your state
Each document is drafted for the state or territory you are in, naming the right tribunal or court.
Not a law firm
Claim Done prepares documents from the information you give and does not give legal advice. For advice, speak to a lawyer or a community legal centre.

Questions people ask
Does the assistant pay for me?
It gives you a secure Stripe payment link and you pay there. If your assistant can open web pages and holds a payment method you have authorised, it can complete that page itself; Claim Done only ever receives payment through Stripe and never sees card details.
Can the assistant send the letter to the other party?
No. You read and approve every document on your dashboard first. Letters are emailed to the other party only after you approve them, and applications come to you as a PDF to lodge yourself.
Do I need an account or an API key?
No. The connector needs no login and no key. You give your name and email so the draft, the receipt and your dashboard link reach you.
Which documents work through the connector?
Every document drafted from your answers: letters of demand, final demands, cease and desist letters, notices, tribunal applications and responses, statements, agreements and the everyday letters. The Business Contract Review is the exception for now, because it needs the contract file uploaded; use the website for that.
Is it the same price as the website?
Yes. The same flat prices, shown before you pay, with two redrafts included. There is no extra charge for using the connector.
Is Claim Done a law firm?
No. Claim Done prepares documents from the information you provide and does not give legal advice. For advice about your situation, speak to a lawyer or a community legal centre.
How do partners get paid?
Apply on the partners page and use your partner code in the connector address (https://claimdone.com.au/mcp?ref=YOURCODE). Documents started through that address are credited to you: you earn 20% of what your users pay, paid monthly by PayID with no minimum, and your users get 10% off.
