Catalog tools work without sign-in. Account tools ask the customer to connect their Trisport account (OAuth 2.1) the first time they are used.

Tools

Tool	What it does
search_products	Searches the catalog. Returns only products that can be bought now, with current price in RON (VAT included), old price when discounted, delivery estimate, available sizes and product link. Optional filters: maximum price, size.
get_product	Details for one product: description, brand, price, every size with its own availability and delivery estimate, and other colors of the same model.
get_recommendations	Products other Trisport customers buy together with this one, and matching accessories.
create_cart_link	Returns a link that opens the cart on trisport.ro with the chosen products already added. Nothing is ordered or paid by the assistant: the customer reviews the cart and checks out on the website.
store_info	Contact details, physical store address and links to delivery, returns, terms and privacy pages.

Catalog tools are read-only. Prices, stock and delivery estimates are read live from the same system that powers trisport.ro.

Account tools (sign-in required)

Tool	What it does
get_my_orders	Recent online orders: status, total, courier and parcel tracking link.
get_order	One order: products, status, shipping, and live parcel tracking straight from the courier (current status, latest scans with location, delivered / returned), plus the link to start a return.
get_loyalty_points	Available points, their value in RON, and points still pending.
get_wishlist	Products saved in the customer's wishlist.
add_to_wishlist	Saves a product to the customer's wishlist (the only tool that changes anything).

Sign-in happens on trisport.ro with the account email and a 6-digit code (or the existing website session), followed by an explicit “Allow”. The assistant never sees the customer’s password and cannot place orders, pay or change account details.

Privacy

This section covers the MCP server only. The website itself is covered by the Trisport privacy policy.

• What we receive: the tool requests your assistant sends (search text, product ids, quantities), the name of the assistant/client software and the time of the request. The catalog tools need no sign-in and do not ask for names, emails, addresses or payment details. Please do not put personal data in search requests.
• Why: to answer the request, to protect the service from abuse, and to see which searches return no results so we can improve the catalog.
• IP address: used only to limit the number of requests per minute. It is stored as a one-way hash in a short-lived counter that is deleted after a few minutes, and it is never written to our logs.
• Retention: request logs are kept for at most 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Sharing: we do not sell or share this data. It stays on Trisport’s own servers in Romania (EU).
• Connected accounts: if you connect your Trisport account, the account tools send your assistant the data you ask for — your orders (products, totals, status, tracking), loyalty points and wishlist. That data is then processed by your assistant’s provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity) under its own privacy policy. We do not log the content of these answers or your account id; the access token expires after one hour and can be renewed for up to 60 days.
• Disconnect: remove access for all assistants at once at trisport.ro/mcp/oauth/deconectare.php.
• Cart link: when you open a cart link, you are on trisport.ro and the website’s privacy policy and cookie choices apply.
