Connect CartViral to Claude, Codex and Cursor (MCP)

CartViral has an MCP server at https://app.cartviral.com/mcp. In Claude or ChatGPT, add it as a custom connector with that URL, sign in to CartViral and approve access (OAuth, no key to copy). In Claude Code, Codex or Cursor you can also use an API key from Account → AI agents with the header Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY. Then ask the agent to import products, make clips and give you the download links. It works with your account's credits and limits.

Fastest: add a connector (no key)

Any client that supports MCP OAuth connects with just the URL https://app.cartviral.com/mcp: it opens a CartViral sign-in, you approve access once, and the client gets its own revocable token.

• Claude (web and desktop): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the URL → Connect.
• ChatGPT: add a custom app/connector in developer mode with the same URL and OAuth authentication.
• Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http cartviral https://app.cartviral.com/mcp, then run /mcp and choose Authenticate.

Connected apps are listed in Account → AI agents, where you can disconnect them. Bonus: the first time an agent connects to your account, 20 credits land on your balance (once per account).

With an API key

Step 1. Create an API key

Sign in at app.cartviral.com/account/agents, name the key (for example "Claude Code") and create it. The key is shown once. You can revoke it on the same page.

Security and limits

• A key acts as your account: it spends your credits, with the same limits as the cabinet. Keep it private and revoke it if it leaks.
• Up to 120 calls per minute per key; up to 10 keys per account.
• Agents never post to social media for you: they make and fetch clips, you post.
• Connectors get OAuth tokens (PKCE, 1-hour access tokens, rotating refresh tokens) instead of your key; disconnect any app in Account → AI agents.

FAQ

Does CartViral have an MCP server?

Yes: https://app.cartviral.com/mcp, Streamable HTTP, with OAuth sign-in for connectors or an API key from Account → AI agents. It is listed in the official MCP Registry as com.cartviral/cartviral.

Which agents work with it?

Claude (custom connector), ChatGPT (custom connector in developer mode), Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, Claude Desktop and any MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP with OAuth or a bearer token.

Does it cost extra?

No. Tools that only read data are free; clips cost the same credits as in the cabinet (1 for a montage, 4 for an AI story reel or ad, 10 for an avatar reel). The first time an agent connects to your account you get 20 bonus credits, once per account.

Can the agent publish to TikTok?

No. It makes clips and returns download links; you post them yourself.

Can I use it in ChatGPT or Claude.ai in the browser?
