Yes — Novence is static site hosting with hosted MCP. Point Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client at https://api.novence.ai/mcp. Same control plane as REST and GraphQL — create, upload, check, publish at https://{suffix}.novence.ai.

Does Novence work with Claude and Cursor?

Yes. Hosted streamable HTTP MCP — no dashboard account first. Setup is on Free after email verify. See Claude Code and Cursor.

Endpoint: https://api.novence.ai/mcp. No nv_ key required to start. Call bootstrap(email); the session adopts the key. Add Authorization afterwards so later sessions stay authenticated.

How do I connect Novence MCP?

Point your MCP client at https://api.novence.ai/mcp. No nv_ key is required to start — call bootstrap(email); the session adopts the key. Prefer streamable HTTP. Tools cover bootstrap, projects, uploads, deploys, checks, domains, forms, team seats, quotas, site analytics, Checkout/MPP, and account console-kit.

Do I need a dashboard account first?

No. Connect MCP at https://api.novence.ai/mcp with no Authorization and call bootstrap(email), or POST https://api.novence.ai/v1/bootstrap with your email. Deploy on the unverified trial first; verify the emailed OTP after the live URL to unlock full Free quotas. Persist the nv_ key in the client for later sessions. There is no required hosted dashboard for the core loop.

How is this different from Netlify or Vercel MCP?

Novence MCP is a hosted control plane for static sites only — bootstrap without a PaaS dashboard, promote when Lighthouse/axe/link checks pass, Novence Forms, third-party widgets and /data/*.json on the site, and optional MPP billing. Netlify and Vercel MCP wrap their fuller platforms and typically expect an existing account/token. See /compare and /site-data.

Can I use REST or GraphQL instead?

Yes. REST at https://api.novence.ai/v1 and GraphQL at https://api.novence.ai/graphql speak the same services. Humans and CI usually prefer the CLI (npx novence) or SDKs (npm install @novence/sdk, pip install novence) — see /cli and /sdk. Prefer MCP when your IDE client supports it.
