Add https://mapsscraper.dev/mcp to your MCP client. It opens MapsScraper.dev so you can sign in and approve one workspace; a scoped API key also works, read-only to start.

Browser agents can use the free tools directly

In browsers with page-level WebMCP support, two free tools offer actions that agents can call:

Each action generates a result and updates the visible form and preview. These local actions need no workspace key and do not publish, open links, download files or send messages. Normal form controls work when the browser does not support WebMCP.

Use a client that supports authenticated HTTP MCP

The Google Maps MCP endpoint uses Streamable HTTP. Add its URL to an OAuth-capable MCP client and approve access with a verified account and one workspace; no key is needed. A scoped workspace key also works as a bearer token. Claude Code, Codex and Cursor provide configurable MCP connections; this product’s platform-specific installation has not been certified. ChatGPT and Claude host acceptance and directory listings are not verified.
