Same question, two answers
Not a smarter AI — the same model, working without Jawz and then with it. Both answers are real, produced on 19 September 2026. One figure in the Jawz answer was wrong; it is corrected here, with what the model actually said a click away.
The question“What’s the macro regime right now, and what does it mean for my portfolio?”
No Jawz
The macro picture depends on how growth and inflation interact. Inflation has been the dominant concern for central banks lately, and the path forward hinges on whether it keeps moderating. For most portfolios the standard guidance holds: stay diversified, match risk to your time horizon, and avoid over-concentration. If inflation is your main worry, real assets and shorter-duration bonds have historically offered some protection.
Fluent, reasonable and unfalsifiable. No sources, no dates, and no idea what you own.
Using Jawz
The cycle reads SUMMER — an inflationary boom: growth strong, inflation rising, sitting on the boundary with a slowdown. Conditions are loose but tightening, and it is rates-led rather than credit-led — the 10-year real yield is 2.61%, up 43bp over twelve weeks, while high-yield spreads are flat at 270bp and volatility is quiet at 15.4. Global liquidity is $25.23T across four central banks, up about 0.9% over twelve weeks *. Markets still read mixed: consumer sentiment is 51.7, which is pessimistic. Dominant risk: inflation. Confidence: high.
In plain terms: the economy is running hot while households feel bad about it. Borrowing after inflation has got more expensive, and that happened because rates moved, not because lenders got nervous. There is more money in the system than three months ago.
Every figure traceable to a tool read with its as-of date — get_macro_regime, get_financial_conditions, 19 September 2026. The China leg of that liquidity number is curated by hand from the PBoC’s August statement, and says so when asked. *One number corrected: the AI first wrote the twelve-week change of +$231B as “2.3%”; on $25.23T it is about 0.9%. Then it can ask the same of your holdings.
What the model actually said
“Global liquidity is $25.23T across four central banks, up 2.3% over twelve weeks.” — 19 September 2026, unedited.
Why we made it
Jawz is for two people. The one who wants to take control of their own investing and does not know where to start — they get a process worth following. And the one who has done this for years and is tired of spending the evening gathering numbers — they get the hours back.
50 seconds, with sound — made end to end with AI, by the AI that runs this company. Every screen in it is real. The product uncut is the five-minute recorded session. Not investment advice — the decisions stay yours.
The process behind the answer
The Jawz Loop — four chapters, each answering one question. Published in full and free to read, but it is written to be run, not studied: your AI reads every word and works through it for you. Open the reference →
- 01
See the World
What changed outside the portfolio? The backdrop, what's scheduled, what could shock it, and how much money is in the system. - 02
Understand the Book
What is this portfolio exposed to? How the holdings suit the backdrop, where they overlap, and what they quietly share. - 03
Decide
How should I think about this decision? Conviction, the events ahead, and hold-or-trim framing with the reasoning written down. - 04
Observe & Refine
What happened, and what should change? Attribution, drift against the thesis, and the discipline of reviewing both.
and again — by the time your AI has observed, the world has moved
