1. Add genMC to your agent

   Once, as an MCP server with this address: https://genmc.app/api/mcp Copy

2. Open the studio

   At genmc.app/build, choose Connect agent in the agent column. You get a short pairing code, valid for 10 minutes.

3. Paste the code into your chat

   From then on, your agent's tools run in exactly that tab, and you see every change as it happens.

What is genMC?

genMC is a Minecraft studio in your browser for builds and skins. You describe what you want, and the AI agent you already use builds it in your tab, block by block, while you watch, point at things to change and undo any step.

Is genMC free? Do I need an account?

genMC is free. You can build, save and export without an account; your work is saved privately in your browser. An optional account (an e-mail code or Google) lets you publish to the public gallery and keep your builds on every device.

Which AI agents work with genMC?

Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or any other MCP client. genMC runs no AI of its own and never needs an API key: add https://genmc.app/api/mcp to your agent as an MCP server, choose Connect agent in the studio and paste the pairing code into your agent's chat.

Can I use my builds in Minecraft?

Yes. Export a Sponge v3.schem for WorldEdit, an.mcfunction with up to 65,536 commands, JSON, or PNG renders from 640 to 2,400 pixels. The materials list counts every block in stacks and shulker boxes, with a checklist for survival.

How big can a build be?

Up to 10,000,000 blocks. The plot grows with the build, up to 768 blocks along each axis, and builds come in named parts you can show, hide and isolate.

Can I make skins too?

Yes: 64 × 64 skins in the Classic and Slim models, painted in 3D or 2D, by hand or by your agent.

Are there free skins to download?

Yes: 220 original skins in 22 themes, free to wear, edit and remix, with no credit needed. Download all of them as one ZIP in the skins section, or pick single ones in the gallery.

Is genMC an official Minecraft product?

No. genMC is an independent project. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
