Weight Forecast: see your approximate goal date from your weigh-ins

Stop guessing "when?". Weight Forecast turns your daily weigh-ins into a trend line and an estimated goal date at your current pace.

What it does

Weight Forecast is a free web app (installable PWA) for people trying to reach a specific body weight. It:

  • Logs morning / afternoon / evening weight, calories, sleep and workouts.
  • Fits a straight line through your recent weigh-ins (last 7, 14 or 30) to estimate a goal date, with a high/medium/low confidence label; needs 3+ weigh-ins.
  • Updates the estimated date on every new weigh-in, so the finish line moves with your real pace.
  • Visualises 7 / 30 / 90-day trends with live BMI context.
  • Works offline; data syncs when the device is back online.
  • Optional Garmin connection for activity and sleep context.

FAQ

How accurate is the weight trend forecast? It fits a straight-line trend through your recent weigh-ins. The app shows a confidence label (high/medium/low) based on how many weigh-ins you have and how clear the trend is. It does not promise a ± kg accuracy.

Is it free? Free. Core tracking and the goal-date estimate are available at no cost.

Can I track weight multiple times per day? Yes — morning, afternoon, and evening slots are supported.

Does it work offline? Yes; it's a PWA with local storage and background sync.
