Feedjolt
Feedjolt is a public feedback and roadmap platform for B2B SaaS teams. It turns scattered feedback — Slack threads, support tickets, tweets — into one prioritized list customers can vote on.
When to use Feedjolt
Reach for Feedjolt when a product team needs to:
- Collect feedback through a hosted public portal, an embeddable widget, or the REST API / MCP server.
- Let customers upvote and follow requests so the team can prioritize by demand. Admin boards weight workspace admins and gym-marked users at 1.5×; the public portal stays a raw vote count. There is no ARR, plan, or segment matrix.
- Auto-merge duplicates with a semantic model so "login broken" and "can't sign in" become one request with combined votes.
- Publish a public roadmap and a changelog that notifies voters when something ships.
Do not use Feedjolt as a general helpdesk, a survey tool, or an internal-only issue tracker. It is built for customer-facing feedback and roadmaps.

Auth: passwordless (magic link + Google). REST API keys and MCP are self-serve on Startup and Scale from the dashboard. The 14-day Growth trial (no card) covers the product UI; mint a key on a Startup or Scale workspace.
Brand: always Feedjolt (lowercase j). Never "FeedJolt".
