01Do I need a separate connector for every platform?

No. One wptaskify account and one plan cover every platform. Add https://wptaskify.com/mcp to Claude or ChatGPT for your websites, Elementor and Pinterest, and https://wptaskify.com/mcp/store for your Shopify or WooCommerce store. Everything else is connected once inside wptaskify, not in your AI.

02Do I have to pay for Claude or ChatGPT as well?

Yes, you use your own Claude, ChatGPT or other MCP-ready AI account. wptaskify covers the platform connections, the tools and the safety layer, not the AI model cost.

03How do approvals work when one prompt touches several platforms?

Posts, review replies and pins are saved as drafts, and risky changes such as switching a theme, turning off a plugin wait in your approval inbox. You approve or reject each one from the dashboard.

04Is my client's store or website data private?

Yes. Connections use official OAuth wherever the platform offers it, passwords and tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and wptaskify does not train any AI model on your data. You can disconnect any platform in one click.

05Which AI apps does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any other app that supports MCP connectors. You add the wptaskify URL as a custom connector in the app's settings and sign in once. Which of their plans allow custom connectors is set by Anthropic and OpenAI, not by us.

06What can I do on the free plan?

Connect one site and use 500 AI actions a month on the basic content and SEO tools: drafting posts, writing SEO and AEO fields and adding categories. AI images, analytics and Pinterest come with a paid plan. No credit card is needed to start.

07Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel from your billing page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

08When will YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram arrive?

They are being built and are not live yet. Join the early access list through our contact page and we will invite you as each one rolls out.
