Flori's CRM MCP server: connect Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor and Codex
Flori's MCP server is a hosted connector at https://useflori.com/mcp that lets an AI assistant work inside your Flori CRM and projects. Once you sign in, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor, Codex or Gemini CLI can look up accounts, deals and leads, plan projects, update tasks, save documents and submit work for your review, with read-only or update access you choose.
As of October 2026. Assistant plan requirements come from each vendor's help pages and can change.
Server address and sign-in
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Address | https://useflori.com/mcp |
| Transport | Streamable HTTP (remote, nothing to install) |
| Sign-in | OAuth 2.0 with dynamic client registration and PKCE |
| Access level | Read-only or update, chosen at sign-in |
| Scope | One whole workspace or one single project |
| Tools | 80, listed in full at mcp-tools.json and on the developers page |
| AI credits | None. The work runs on the assistant plan you already have |
You never paste an API key. Your assistant opens a Flori sign-in page, you pick the workspace or project and the access level, and the assistant receives a token for that scope only. New to MCP? Read what MCP is first.
What can an assistant do with Flori's MCP server?
Tool names below are exactly as the server lists them.
| Area | What the assistant can do | Tools |
|---|---|---|
| Customers and deals | Read accounts and people, see customer health and active projects, create or restage deals, attach work to a record | get_crm, get_customers, save_account, save_accounts, save_person, get_opportunities, save_opportunity, link_to_record, list_account_signals, add_account_signal |
| Leads and prospect lists | Read leads, build a prospect list from a brief, add sourced prospects for review, convert approved ones to leads | list_leads, list_prospect_lists, get_prospect_list, save_prospect_list, start_prospect_run, add_prospects, finish_prospect_run, review_prospects, convert_prospects |
| Projects and tasks | Read the workspace, search work, create projects and tasks, update status and dates, plan the week, post a project update | get_workspace, search_workspace, create_project, update_project, get_project_brief, create_task, update_task, update_tasks, plan_week, post_project_update, list_project_templates |
| Docs and decisions | Read and write project documents and sheets, record decisions, save meeting notes as tasks, remember short facts | get_document, save_document, add_project_decision, capture_meeting, remember, recall, search, fetch, get_context |
| Review queue and task claiming | Find tasks marked Ready for AI, claim one, report progress, submit the result, record your review decision | list_ready_tasks, claim_task, report_progress, finish_task, get_review_queue, review_result, queue_task, record_work |
A few tools are deliberately careful. save_opportunity never sends proposals or takes payment. update_tasks previews changes and applies them only after you confirm. review_prospects and convert_prospects show a preview first, and only a person approves prospects. Prospect lists and enrichment are part of the Premium plan.
How do I connect each assistant?
Each setup page has the current screens and steps.
- Claude: add a custom connector with the address above, then sign in. Steps at /connect/claude. Claude allows custom connectors on Free (one connector), Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, per its help article.
- ChatGPT: add a custom MCP server where your plan allows it. OpenAI documents full support on Business and Enterprise/Edu. Steps at /connect/chatgpt.
- Grok: add a custom connector with the same address. Steps at /connect/grok.
- Cursor: add a remote MCP server in Cursor's settings. Steps at /connect/cursor.
- Codex CLI: add the server to Codex and sign in from the terminal. Steps at /connect/codex.
- Gemini CLI: add the server to Gemini CLI's settings. Steps at /connect/gemini.
Flori is not yet listed in the Claude Connectors directory or the ChatGPT app directory, so you add it by address in every assistant.
How can I control assistant access to Flori's CRM MCP server?
Flori lets you choose read-only or update access and limit an assistant to a workspace or a single project.
- Read-only by default. Choose read-only at sign-in for briefs, summaries and drafts. Grant update access when you trust the results.
- Per-project scope. Give an assistant one project instead of the whole workspace. It cannot see or change anything outside that scope.
- One assistant per task. When a task is marked Ready for AI, claim_task reserves it for one assistant, so two assistants never do the same job.
- Review queue. Results from finish_task wait in the review queue, where you approve, request changes or undo.
- Every save is attributed. Flori records which assistant made each change and when, so you can trace any edit.
- Your assistant's own approvals still apply. Claude and other clients ask before running a tool unless you turn that off.
8 prompts to try
- "Read the Acme account in Flori and give me a five-line brief for tomorrow's call."
- "List deals with no activity in the last 14 days and draft a check-in email for each."
- "Here are my call notes. Save the decisions to the Acme project and create tasks for each follow-up, due Friday."
- "We won the Northwind deal. Create a project from the client onboarding template and copy the agreed scope into the brief."
- "Plan my week across all projects and flag anything overdue or blocked."
- "Find a task marked Ready for AI in the website project, claim it, and submit the draft for my review."
- "Show me leads with a follow-up date this week, newest first, and suggest the next step for each."
- "Compare what we sold Globex with the current project tasks and list anything promised that has no task."
What does it cost?
Connecting an assistant works on the Free plan, which includes 3 active projects and 200 customer records. Paid plans add unlimited projects and customers, client pages (Core and up) and revenue tracking and prospect lists (Premium). No plan includes or sells AI credits, and assistants never count as seats. See pricing.

FAQ
What is the Flori MCP server address? The address is https://useflori.com/mcp. It is a remote server using Streamable HTTP, so nothing is installed on your computer. You add the address as a custom connector in your assistant, sign in to Flori in the browser, and choose a workspace or one project.
Which assistants work with Flori's MCP server? Claude, ChatGPT (where the plan allows custom MCP servers), Grok, Cursor, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI. Any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in should work. Per-assistant steps are on the connect pages, such as /connect/claude and /connect/chatgpt.
Can the assistant change my CRM data? Only if you grant update access. At sign-in you choose read-only or update, and a whole workspace or one project. Bulk task changes need your confirmation, prospects need a person's approval, and assistant results wait in a review queue where you can undo them.
Do I need an API key? No. Flori uses OAuth 2.0 with dynamic client registration and PKCE. Your assistant opens a Flori sign-in page, you approve access, and the assistant gets a token for the scope you chose.
Does Flori charge for AI? No. Flori sells no AI credits on any plan. Assistants run on your own Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor, Codex or Gemini account, and connecting one works on the Free plan. Assistants never count as paid seats.
Is Flori in the Claude or ChatGPT connector directory? Not yet. As of October 2026 you add Flori as a custom connector with its address, https://useflori.com/mcp. The setup takes a few minutes and the connect pages walk through each assistant.
