Documentation
Run your Discord serverjust by asking.
“Make a private #mods channel for Moderators.” “Who joined this week?” “Time out whoever is spamming #general.” UberBot does it — and asks you before changing anything.

Step 1 · Add UberBot to your server 1 minute
- Click Add UberBot to Discord above and sign in to Discord if asked.
- Pick your server from the list and click Authorize. (You need to be the owner or have the “Manage Server” permission.)
- Optional but recommended: in Discord, open Server Settings → Roles and drag the UberBot role to the top, so it can manage every role.
Step 2 · Pick how you want to talk to it
Use one, or all three. They all do the same things, with the same permissions.
💬 Chat with UberBot right in Discord
no setup›
- In any text channel, type @UberBot followed by what you want, e.g. @UberBot make an #events channel under Community.
- UberBot opens a private thread with you and replies there. Keep chatting in the thread — no need to @ it again.
- Before it changes anything, you get Confirm and Cancel buttons.
Prefer it completely private? Type /ask — only you see the answer. Type /uberbot for help.
Use it from Claude
2 minutes›
Works in the Claude desktop app and at claude.ai (Pro or Max plan). Copy this address first:
- Open Claude → Settings → Connectors (in the desktop app: click your name, then Settings → Connectors).
- Click Add custom connector. Name it UberBot, paste the address, and click Add.
- Click Connect next to UberBot. Sign in with Discord, tick the servers it may manage, and click Allow.
- Start a new chat and ask, e.g. “Use UberBot to list my server’s channels.” If Claude doesn’t see it, turn UberBot on in the chat’s tools menu.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an organization owner adds the connector once; then everyone clicks Connect.
Use it from ChatGPT
3 minutes›
Works on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Copy this address first:
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
- Go back to Apps & Connectors and click Create. Name it UberBot, paste the address, set Authentication to OAuth, tick “I trust this application”, and click Create.
- Sign in with Discord, tick your servers, and click Allow.
- In a new chat, open the + menu, choose Developer mode, and switch UberBot on. Then just ask.
Step 3 · Decide who else can use it
Owners and Administrators can use UberBot right away. To let others — like your staff — use it, open Server settings and tick their roles. They only ever get their own Discord permissions: UberBot won’t show them channels they can’t see.
Questions
Is it safe? UberBot acts with your Discord permissions, asks before every change, and records each change in your server’s audit log with your name. You choose exactly which servers each AI app can reach, and can cut access any time at Your connections.
Why does it need Administrator? So it can do anything you are allowed to do. It still checks your own permissions on every request.
Can it read my DMs? No. Only the servers you add it to.
What does it cost? Free to start, Pro from $5.99/month per server. See plans.
