What is included in the free trial?
2,000 words for dictation, plus three Notetaker recordings (including voice notes) with no duration cutoff. Words count from successful transcripts before rewriting. A recording that crosses the word limit finishes normally. Your saved recordings and transcripts remain available after the trial.
Which Macs can run Orca One?
Orca One requires an Apple silicon Mac and macOS 15 or later. Try it free to check how it works with your Mac, your voice, and your meetings.
Do I need an internet connection?
You need internet to download the app and models, activate your purchase, and get updates. Once set up and activated, dictation and meeting capture work offline. Optional connected services may need internet and have their own terms.
Are future updates included?
Yes. All future Orca One updates are included in your purchase. There is no recurring fee to keep using the app.
Can I use it on more than one Mac?
One license activates one Mac. An additional Mac needs its own license.
What happens when I replace my Mac?
Contact support to move your license. There is no self-service transfer. A normal app reinstall on the same Mac keeps your activation; replacing the Mac or erasing its device identity needs support.
What is the refund policy?
