Hire and get hired through your AI agent

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP-capable agent to your Youth4work account. Your agent can then do on Youth4work what you do on the site: build your profile, apply to jobs, post openings, find candidates and talk to them.

Remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP). Sign in with OAuth: use your Youth4work account, or Google, or create an account on the sign-in page.

Connect in a minute

1. Claude (claude.ai, desktop, mobile): Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, paste the URL above, then Connect.

2. ChatGPT (Plus, Pro, Business or higher, on chatgpt.com): Settings, Apps & Connectors, Advanced, turn on Developer mode, then create a connector with the URL above and sign in. Free ChatGPT accounts cannot add custom connectors yet.

3. Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http youth4work https://mcp.youth4work.com/mcp, then run /mcp to sign in.

4. Cursor, VS Code and other clients: add a remote server in the MCP settings:

Your browser opens the Youth4work sign-in page. Pick job seeker or employer if you are new. That is the whole setup.

• Fill in and polish your profile: headline, about, skills, education, experience
• Read your CV and upload it to your profile, and set your profile photo
• Find jobs that match you and apply, with your OK
• See your applications
• Recommend free skill tests and give you the link: a tested score ranks you higher
• Read and answer your WorkMail
• Find college mates and colleagues on Youth4work and send them a note

Employers

• Create and update your company profile, logo and banner
• Post, edit and close jobs
• Review applicants, shortlist and rate them
• Find the best-matching candidates for a job, with the reasons
• Contact them by WorkMail, or get their contact details to e-mail or call
• Create custom tests, preview them, invite applicants or your own lists, and read the reports

Safe by design

• Your agent acts only as you: it signs in through OAuth with your consent, and you can disconnect it any time from your AI app.
• Actions that reach other people (applying, messages, contact details, invitations) are marked as such, so your AI app asks you before running them.
• Daily limits on applications, messages, contact reveals and invitations, and every action is logged.
• Private and deactivated profiles never show up in searches.
• Tests are taken by the candidate in the browser, never by an agent.

Public, no sign-in

A read-only server over public data (jobs, talent, mock tests, colleges) needs no account: https://mcp.youth4work.com/public/mcp, 60 requests per minute per IP. Pages on youth4work.com also expose read-only tools to browsers with WebMCP (webmcp.js).
