Adding it

1. Add to Claude: Press Add to Claude here, or find Multi Mail in Claude's directory. Claude opens a small window on this site.
2. Sign in and add your mailboxes: Sign in to Lumman with Google, Microsoft, a passkey or an emailed code. Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect with Microsoft; iCloud and Fastmail with an app password.
3. Ask: Claude works across the mailboxes you chose, within the permission each one has.

Your mail

• We keep no copy of your mail. It is read from your provider when Claude asks. Privacy Policy
• The words of every message are screened for prompt attacks before they reach Claude.
• Gmail mailboxes: with an app password, or with Google sign-in while Google's preview has room.

Price

• Free: 25 actions a day. Any number of mailboxes, every tool. No card.
• Plan: Up to 1,000 actions a day. $5 a month or $50 a year. Switch monthly or yearly at any time. Cancel any time - the paid period runs to its end.

ChatGPT

1. For iCloud or Fastmail, add the mailbox first in your account, under Another mailbox.
2. Open chatgpt.com/plugins, press +, then Add custom MCP server.
3. Name it Multi Mail, paste the address, choose OAuth, tick the box and press Create as a plugin.
4. Install it. On the Lumman page, sign in, add a mailbox if none is connected, and approve.
5. In a chat, type @ and choose Multi Mail.

If something fails

• The sign-in window ran out or closed: Close it and connect again from your AI client - that opens a fresh request. Any mailbox you added stays in your account.
• No mailbox is connected yet: Open https://lumman.co/mcp/account/multi-mail, signed in with the account you approved your AI client with, and add one. Then ask again.
• A mailbox stopped working: Its provider no longer accepts the access it gave - after a password change, a removed app password or a withdrawn approval. Open your account, press Reconnect on that mailbox and ask again.
• The day's actions are used: 25 actions are free in any 24 hours, and the answer names the time the next one is available. A plan raises that to 1,000 a day.
