Just ask your agent. It makes the call.

Send one message, in your own words. Your agent makes the call, says no to the offers meant to keep you paying, and comes back with a confirmation number.

No agent? Our app is lovely too

AI phone calls make embarrassing mistakes.

And they make them in your name. Here’s how it usually goes.

  1. Hello. I am an automated assistant calling on behalf of…

    They hang up.

The voice gives it away in a second. Nothing gets done.
  2. There’s a $49 change fee. Sure. That works.

Or it says yes to anything.

A fee you never approved. A time you didn’t ask for. It can’t be taken back.
  3. Your assistant called… it was kind of weird.

And it’s your name on the call.

The restaurant, the doctor’s office, the landlord. They remember. Here’s what JooVoice does instead.

It’s not just how it sounds. It’s whether it knows what it’s doing.

An AI that sounds real but gets it wrong loses trust fast: theirs, and yours. Here’s what JooVoice does when the call goes off script, on calls where JooVoice played both sides.

  • They offer half the fee back. It holds out for all of it.
  • They offer a pause instead. It sticks to cancelling.
  • There’s a question you’d forget. It asks.
  1. It works around your schedule.

The usual slots don’t fit. It asks for exactly the windows that do, and books the one that works.
    1. JooVoice Thanks for looking into those. But we're limited to specific windows. Could you check whether there's anything on Tuesday, October 6th between 7:30 and 9:00 in the morning? Or Thursday, October 8th between 5:00 and 6:30 in the evening? Any clinician's fine.
    2. Clinic No, Tuesday morning's completely booked. On Thursday, we just have that 5:40 slot. Would one of those work for Sam? Oh, and can I get a phone number for you, too, just in case?
    3. JooVoice Perfect. That Thursday slot works. Let's do that. And the number is 555-0187.
  2. It remembers what matters.

Two guests use wheelchairs, so it asks for a room with no stairs. The restaurant finds a ground-floor table.
    1. JooVoice Well, let's see. Eight o'clock should work for them. I'm an AI assistant calling for the Whitmore family, and this call is recorded, so they've got every detail right. And two of our guests use wheelchairs, so it has to be a room with no stairs. How's that looking for eight?
    2. Restaurant Eight o'clock, okay, for 22. You want two round tables side by side in the main room, ground floor, no steps? You want the eight courses for $68 per person, or ten courses with lobster for $88?
  3. Friendly when it can be. Firm when it has to be.

The manager is “in a meeting”. It holds to the contract, and the $99 fee is waived on the spot.
    1. JooVoice Okay, then let's just lock in the cancellation today with the fee waived. What's the confirmation number on that?
    2. Gym Let's see here. Let me pull up the agreement. Yep. Seven C covers a move of more than 25 miles with proof. You're good. I'll process it myself. It's effective today, Monday, October 5th, and the fee's waived. Just email proof of your new address within 48 hours, by Wednesday, October 7th. You can reply right to the confirmation email. Your confirmation number is AX4729. Email confirmation goes out today. This is Tanner. Appreciate you, and good luck with the move.
  4. It speaks like a local.

Buenos Aires Spanish for a Buenos Aires grill. Slovenian for a village inn. A Texas drawl for a Texas contractor. Handy for booking local restaurants on your trips. Buenos Aires Slovenia Texas
    1. JooVoice ¿Cómo andás? Quería consultar por una reserva para este sábado, el tres de octubre, a la noche. How’s it going? I wanted to ask about a booking for this Saturday, October 3rd, in the evening.
    2. Restaurant Hola querido, ¿todo bien? ¿Para cuántas personas sería la mesa? Hey there, all good? How many people would the table be for?

They try to change the plan. It sticks to yours.

Offers, transfers, a manager who’s “in a meeting”. Moments from calls where JooVoice played both sides. Press play on any of them.

  • They push bonus points. It wants the $95.
  • They offer a transfer. It says no thanks.
  • The manager’s “in a meeting”. It locks it in anyway.
  • They want a deposit now. It gets the table held.
  • A child has a shellfish allergy. It gets a separate plate.
  • They ask for a 30,000-peso deposit. It leaves that to you.
  • No quote without details. It has them ready.
  • They give a confirmation number. It reads it back.

Don’t take our word for it. Hear the whole call.

Each one start to finish. Both voices are JooVoice, each side running on its own, and every JooVoice reply comes at its real speed.

No agent? Our app is lovely too.

Type what you need, answer a question or two, and JooVoice makes the call. Same voice, same results. No agent required.

Why does JooVoice cost more than some other services?

A cheap call you have to make again isn’t cheap.

Here’s what we do to help every call get done.

  1. Before the call

A lot happens before we dial.

We work out the details first: the right number, what they’ll ask, and what counts as done. If something’s missing, you’re asked now, not halfway through the call.
  2. During the call

Not just a voice on a phone line.

Our call engine runs several AI models together on every call, all working to get it done.
  3. After the call

    You know exactly what happened.

You get the outcome, the recording and the transcript.

$1.50 a call. No subscription.

Buy credits when you need them. You see the price before we dial, and nothing is charged until you say yes.

$1.50 a call

Up to 5 minutes · 10 calls? That’s $15.

  • New here? Your first call is $1.
  • Credits last 12 months.

  4. On and ready to make calls.

You're probably wondering.

What kinds of calls?

Actually, almost any call. If it has a clear purpose and a natural end, we can take it. Reservations, appointments, cancellations, enquiries, birthday calls, and more. Test us. The few calls we won’t make are listed below.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Buy credits when you need them, from 3. Each call shows its price before we dial, and nothing renews.

Can I hear the actual call?

Yes. The recording and the transcript are yours to keep and replay. We ask the other side before we record.

Which language will it speak?

The one the other end expects. We match the language and the accent to the country and number we call, so a bistro in Paris hears Parisian French and a clinic in Singapore hears Singapore English.

What if they ask something unexpected?

It holds a real conversation and works with what you told us. If a call needs your decision, it comes back to you with the details, so you’re never guessing.

When does the call happen?

You choose. Call now, or pick a time. You get a status update while it runs and the result as soon as it is done.

What if nobody picks up?

If nobody picks up, or the call drops early, we try again, up to 3 times, at no extra cost. If they did pick up, that was your call, and the recording and transcript show exactly what was said.
