Documentation

Let your agent ship your site.

FluxHost exposes static hosting as a remote MCP server. Connect it once, and your AI agent can create sites, deploy, check status and roll back without you leaving the conversation. Every action is also available in the dashboard.

How it works

From build to live in four steps.

  1. 01ConnectAdd the FluxHost MCP server to your client and log in with your FluxHost account.
  2. 02Create a siteYour agent creates a site with a free fluxhost.app subdomain, as a plain static site or with SPA routing.
  3. 03UploadThe agent packs your build into a ZIP and uploads it. FluxHost hands it the upload details over MCP.
  4. 04LiveFluxHost validates the archive, scans it for malware, deploys it and provisions HTTPS. The agent follows along until the site is live.

What your agent sees while a deployment runs:

  1. UPLOADING
  2. VALIDATING
  3. QUEUED
  4. DEPLOYING
  5. DISTRIBUTING
  6. ACTIVE

What it can do

The tools your agent gets.

Static hosting today. Every tool maps to something you can also do by hand in the dashboard.

Sites

Create, inspect, rename and delete sites. Renaming can change the subdomain or switch between static and SPA routing.

  • create_site
  • list_sites
  • get_site
  • rename_site
  • delete_site

Deploy

Get upload instructions for a site and track every upload you have made.

  • get_upload_instructions
  • list_uploads
  • get_upload_details

Status

Follow an upload from validation to live, and see which deployment is currently serving.

  • get_static_hosting_status
  • get_upload_status
  • get_deployment_status
  • list_deployments

Roll back

Point a site back to an earlier deployment in one step. No rebuild, no new upload.

  • rollback_site_deployment

Connect

Set it up in your client.

Log in with OAuth where your client supports it. Otherwise, create an API token in the dashboard and send it as a Bearer header. Tokens are scoped: static_host:read for status, static_host:write for changes.

In Claude (web or desktop), open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the URL. Claude opens the FluxHost login for you.

Try it

Then just ask.

No commands to learn. Your agent picks the right tools.

  • “Build this project and deploy it to FluxHost.”
  • “Is my latest FluxHost deployment live yet?”
  • “Something broke, roll my site back to the previous deployment.”
  • “Switch my site to SPA routing so deep links work.”
