EasyRunCraft
EasyRunCraft is an online office suite for AI agents. Edit docs, sheets, slides and PDFs in the browser free, or connect Codex and Claude Code via MCP.
Hosted MCP Server

Documentation
Installs CLI + Skill. Complete browser sign-in when prompted.
CLI sign-in and credentials
The CLI opens browser authorization and stores your login automatically, so you normally do not need to copy a token. OAuth-capable MCP clients can also authorize in the browser.
The CLI stores credentials in your user profile under.local/share/easyruncraft/accounts with restricted file permissions. On Windows, keep your user profile private. Access tokens expire after five minutes and refresh automatically while authorization remains valid. Reconnect if authorization expires or is revoked.
Direct MCP connection
For MCP clients with built-in OAuth. Endpoint:
https://easyruncraft.com/mcp
For Codex CLI:
codex mcp add easyruncraft --url https://easyruncraft.com/mcp
codex mcp login easyruncraft
Manage connections
Sign in under Manage connections, choose an app and select Disconnect to stop new MCP calls and credential refreshes. Running tasks may finish, and existing signed file links keep their own expiry. Manual tokens are managed separately in Manual token setup.
Manual token setup
For scripts or clients without OAuth support, create a dedicated token below. Tokens expire after 30 days. Keep them out of chat messages.
export EASYRUNCRAFT_MCP_TOKEN='paste-your-token-here'
codex mcp add easyruncraft --url https://easyruncraft.com/mcp --bearer-token-env-var EASYRUNCRAFT_MCP_TOKEN
Start terminal Codex from the shell where you exported the token. An already running desktop app does not inherit that variable. Use OAuth for desktop connections.
What is EasyRunCraft MCP?
EasyRunCraft MCP connects your AI agent to 13 office and creative toolkits for documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, images, video and more. Your agent can use the available tools to process your files and return information or edited copies.
Why should I use EasyRunCraft MCP?
You can get file work done in the AI chat you already use. EasyRunCraft MCP gives your agent professional editing tools and returns actual files you can download, review and continue working on. One connection and account cover all 13 toolkits.
How do I use EasyRunCraft MCP?
Connect your agent using the setup instructions above and authorize your EasyRunCraft account. Provide a file and describe the result you want. Your agent uses the available tools to carry out the task and returns the result. Explore each toolkit’s page to see the features your agent can use.
How much does EasyRunCraft MCP cost?
Each successful MCP atomic operation costs 1 credit, including file inspection, editing, audio conversion, video export and animation rendering. One complete task may need several atomic operations. Credits are reserved before execution and charged only on success. Failed or cancelled tasks release the reservation. Uploads, quotes, capability checks, status polling and downloads have no separate charge. MCP credits pay for file processing, not AI model tokens. Your external agent’s model usage is billed by its provider.
Can I try EasyRunCraft MCP before paying?
Yes. New accounts receive 10 starter credits on their first sign-in to try EasyRunCraft MCP and built-in AI features. You can start with these before buying a subscription or one-time credit pack.
How is EasyRunCraft MCP different from the built-in AI Agent?
EasyRunCraft MCP lets you work from your own AI agent and processes uploaded file copies on the service, without keeping a browser editor open. The built-in AI Agent works inside the editor with the file you have open. Both use shared EasyRunCraft account credits.
Which AI agents can I use with EasyRunCraft MCP?
You can use Codex, Claude Code or another compatible MCP client with file-transfer support. The setup section provides ready-to-copy examples for Codex and Claude Code, while other clients can use the direct MCP connection instructions. Your agent needs access to the files and tools for uploading them and downloading results.
What files can EasyRunCraft MCP handle?
EasyRunCraft MCP handles documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, images, design files, audio, video and 2D CAD drawings. Supported formats and features depend on the toolkit. MCP files can be up to 20 MiB each for signup-credit trials and accounts without a subscription, 20 MiB on Starter, and 100 MB on Creator or 100 MB on Studio. 100 MB means exactly 100,000,000 bytes per file. Monthly and yearly plans have the same limits. One-time credit packs add credits without changing your subscription tier. Output files follow the same allowance; split outputs share it in total. Each toolkit’s documentation lists its supported formats and processing limits.
What happens to my files after processing?
EasyRunCraft MCP works on temporary uploaded copies without overwriting your original local files. Server copies expire after 2 hours without activity on that file and are then deleted automatically; processing or downloading a file renews that period. While a result remains available, your agent can use it for follow-up edits or delete a remote copy earlier. Download and keep your results. After server expiry, upload your latest saved copy to continue; your downloaded copies stay on your device.
What if EasyRunCraft MCP cannot complete my task?
Ask your agent to explain the error and check the toolkit’s available operations. You can adjust the request or continue working in the browser editor. Failed or cancelled MCP operations are not charged; successful operations completed earlier in a multi-step task remain charged.
For AI credits, MCP plan allowances and subscriptions, see Pricing. Manage connected apps and manual tokens in the setup section on this page.
