LookTwice

Business-input validation: email checks (syntax, MX, disposable), EU VAT via the official VIES service, IBAN structure + MOD-97, domain DNS/TLS/RDAP, and evidence-backed U.S. CPSC product recall screening.

Documentation

looktwice-mcp

npm version license

MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for the LookTwice API. Validate emails, EU VAT numbers, IBANs, and domains, and screen products against U.S. CPSC recalls and Product Safety Warnings — directly from Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any MCP client.

Setup

  1. Create a LookTwice account at looktwice.dev — new workspaces receive 100 trial API units.
  2. Create an API key in the dashboard.
  3. Add the server to your MCP client configuration:
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "looktwice": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "looktwice-mcp"],
      "env": {
        "LOOKTWICE_API_KEY": "lt_live_..."
      }
    }
  }
}
