What comes back

Design Check finds what makes a page, its copy or its code comments read as AI-generated, and gives each finding a fix. Here is the page in the box above, scanned by the real engine:

Input

<style>
  body { font-family: Inter, sans-serif; }
  .btn { border-radius: 9999px; background: linear-gradient(90deg, #7c3aed, #3b82f6); }
</style>
<p class="eyebrow">WELCOME</p>
<h1>Unlock Your Potential</h1>
<a class="btn">Get Started →</a>

Scanner output

generic, 44/100, 4 findings

MEDIUM Generic default font family (inter)
  fix: Add a second, distinct typeface for headlines and keep the current sans for body/UI text only.

HIGH Soft tech gradient (purple/blue/pink blend)
  found: linear-gradient(90deg, #7c3aed, #3b82f6)
  fix: Pick one of the two gradient colors as a flat, solid background and drop the other entirely from this element.

HIGH Eyebrow label directly above a headline
  fix: Delete the label and go straight into the headline.

MEDIUM  AI-cliché vocabulary: unlock
  fix: "unlock" → get / open up
  • Check design. Find what makes a page read as AI-generated, from fonts and gradients to uniform card grids and dead-end copy, and get a fix for each.
  • Check copy. Catch AI-writing tells in an email, pitch or landing draft, and get a plainer word for each cliché.
  • Check code comments. Find comments that narrate a request instead of describing the code, before an agent's diff reaches review.
  • Vision pass. Judge the composition of a real screenshot, which the HTML cannot show: hierarchy, rhythm and whether the layout varies.

Each one has its own sample and a line on what it cannot do, on the checks page.

What it checks

Composition

Does the page width or background change from section to section, or is the whole thing one column on one flat background top to bottom. Flags repeated cards or bullets that are all the same size and shape.

Typography

Inter, Geist, or Roboto, and nothing else set alongside it.

Color

A gradient between purple, indigo, blue, or pink.

Component

A fully-rounded button next to an arrow icon. A small label sitting directly above a headline.

Copy

Cliché words like "unlock" or "delve." Sentences shaped like "it's not X, it's Y." Hedge words. More than one em-dash per paragraph.

Experience

A problem named with no fix attached. A link pointing at "#" instead of somewhere real.

Wire it in

As an MCP server, so your agent checks before it ships:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "designcheck": {
      "url": "https://designcheck.allthepossibles.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Then call check_design before presenting UI to a human.

Or hit the API directly:

curl -X POST https://designcheck.allthepossibles.com/api/check \

Pricing

Free

Every structural check: typography, color, component, layout, copy, experience. 20 requests/minute per caller IP. No signup.

Basic, $5/mo

150 requests/minute instead of 20. Same checks as free, nothing extra is added: if a CI job or an agent loop is tripping the free rate limit on its own, this fixes that and nothing else.

Pro, $19/mo

500 requests/minute, plus a vision pass: a real screenshot, critiqued for composition rather than inferred from the HTML. First 7 days free, and vision runs on your own Anthropic key until the first payment.

Or take the membership: Pro on this and four other products for $15 a month.
