Before you start

Auto-Immo plan

The connector is included with Professional and Enterprise.

Activation required

MCP access is disabled by default. Ask IVIU to enable it and wait for confirmation before setup.

Supported AI account

Your ChatGPT or Claude plan and workspace settings must allow custom remote MCP connectors.

Admin permission

Managed workspaces may require an owner or administrator to create and approve the connector.

Keep your credentials and 2FA code private.

Only enter them on the official client.auto-immo.com sign-in screen. Never paste a password or 2FA code into a ChatGPT or Claude conversation, and never email them to IVIU.

Required first step

Request activation before you connect

The connector is not active automatically, even on an eligible plan. IVIU must enable MCP access for your Auto-Immo account first.

Ask IVIU to enable MCP

Contact support and include your Auto-Immo username or account email plus your company name, but never send your password or a 2FA code.

Wait for confirmation

Continue only after IVIU confirms that MCP access has been enabled for your account.

Use the directory or official endpoint

Claude users can search its public connector directory for Auto-Immo. Use this exact address only when ChatGPT or another client asks for the remote MCP server URL:

Sign in and complete 2FA

On the Auto-Immo authorization screen, enter your normal Auto-Immo username and password, then enter your 2FA code. The connector remains read-only.

Connect in ChatGPT

Select Streamable HTTP — not STDIO.

If you see fields for a command, arguments, environment variables or a working directory, STDIO is still selected. Auto-Immo does not use those fields.

Open the custom MCP form

In the ChatGPT desktop app, open Settings → Plugins. Select the MCPs tab, choose Add and then connect a custom MCP.

Choose Streamable HTTP

Under Type, select Streamable HTTP. Do not use STDIO: it is intended for MCP servers that run as a local command.

Enter the two connection details

Enter “Auto-Immo” as the name and https://client.auto-immo.com/mcp as the server URL, including the /mcp path. No command, arguments, environment variables or working directory are required.

Save, then return to the MCP list

Select Save. Saving does not automatically open the sign-in page. Return to Settings → Plugins → MCPs; restart the app first if ChatGPT asks you to.

Select Authenticate on the saved entry

Open the saved Auto-Immo MCP entry and select Authenticate. The official Auto-Immo authorization page then opens: enter your normal username and password followed by your current 2FA code.

Verify the connection

Start a new chat and type /mcp to confirm that Auto-Immo is connected, then ask a narrow read-only test question. If your interface provides an MCP or tools selector, make sure Auto-Immo is enabled there.

Claude

Connect in Claude

Auto-Immo is available in Claude’s public connector directory.

You no longer need to create a custom Claude connector or enter the MCP URL manually. MCP access must still be enabled for your Auto-Immo account before you sign in.

In Claude Connectors, open Discover and search for “Auto-Immo”.

Open Connectors

For an individual account, go to Customize → Connectors. For Team or Enterprise, an owner starts in Organization settings → Connectors.

Search the public directory

Select Discover and search for “Auto-Immo”. Choose the result displaying client.auto-immo.com and the Auto-Immo icon.

Connect, sign in and complete 2FA

Open the Auto-Immo result and choose Add or Connect. On the official Auto-Immo authorization screen, enter your normal username and password, then your 2FA code. A green check in the directory means the connector has been added.

Enable it for the conversation

In a chat, use + → Connectors and switch Auto-Immo on. In a managed workspace, members may first need to select Connect.

Verify the connection

Begin with a narrow read-only question whose answer you can check in Auto-Immo.

• Confirm that the requested property and rooms match Auto-Immo.
• Check measurements, units and missing-data warnings against the source record.
• Never treat an AI-generated calculation, legal check or report as approved without professional review.

Troubleshooting

Access has not been enabled

MCP is disabled by default. Ask IVIU to activate it for your Auto-Immo account and wait for confirmation before trying again.

The connector cannot be reached

Paste the complete HTTPS connector URL again. If your workspace blocks custom connectors, ask its administrator to approve Auto-Immo.

Sign-in or 2FA fails

Restart the authorization flow, use the Auto-Immo account for which MCP was enabled and enter a current 2FA code. Contact IVIU if that account still cannot connect.

No property data is returned

Confirm that the property is synchronized, your Auto-Immo account can open it and the connector is enabled in the current conversation.
