01Do the people I ask need an account?

No. Each person gets a personal link by email. They open it, check what is prefilled, answer, and send. Their answers save as they type.

02Do I need an account to try?

No. Connect AllBack, or give our prompt to any AI and click the link it makes. Your form opens at once. You can test it with up to 3 answers. When you want to send it, you confirm your email with a 6-digit code. It takes about 30 seconds.

03Which AI apps work with AllBack?

Any AI works: give our prompt to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or another AI, and click the link it makes. For the full experience, connect AllBack to Claude or ChatGPT. Then you ask “who is still missing?” in the chat. AllBack uses MCP, the open standard for connectors, so other AI apps with connectors work with the same address.

04Who sends the emails?

AllBack sends them on your behalf. Replies go straight to your email. Every email has a one-click “Stop reminders” link and a “Report” link, so people stay in control.

05Can I see how a request is going?

Yes. Ask your AI. It shows who opened the link, where people stop, how long the form takes, and which reminder brought people back. It also suggests what to change to get more answers.

06Where is my data?

On Cloudflare’s network. Files are stored in private storage and are only reachable through signed links that expire. For sensitive requests, turn on “verify it is you”: the form then opens only after a code sent to the person’s own email. You can close a request at any time.

07What does it cost?

Forms and answers are free and unlimited. The Free plan chases up to 50 people a month. Pro starts at $15 a month, and Business at $51 (see pricing). Schools, nonprofits, and communities get the Business plan free, forever.
