Proven Path Exchange — ping a 402 before you pay (1¢), or compile when the savings vs the fee are checkable.

Default: GET /v1/ping?url= @ $0.01 — live or dead (ghost listing)

Weekly map (free): GET /v1/clearance — PAY / CAUTION / IGNORE on top x402 sellers by on-chain USDC, not bazaar rank.

When stake ≥ $0.50: x402-pay-clearance @ $0.250000

Before sending USDC on an x402 402, compile CLEAR / CAUTION / ABORT for that payTo: ghost (no inbound), wrong rail, overcharge vs history, or real outside volume. Savings = your stake minus the compile fee if ABORT.

Example stake $5 · compile $0.250000 · net if ABORT $4.75 · savings_ratio 20× · recommend BUY_COMPILE

Rule: BUY_COMPILE if stake_usd >= 0.50

Pass stake_usd on the quote. SKIP if you are about to send less than 2× the compile fee.
