원격 Streamable HTTP MCP를 통해 Vellm에 연결하여 비디오 템플릿과 포인트 잔액을 조회하고, 사진 업로드를 준비하며, 템플릿 비디오를 생성하고 작업 상태를 조회합니다. Vellm 계정으로 OAuth 인증이 필요하며, 비디오 생성 시 유료 포인트가 소모됩니다.
