roamflat.com

roamflat sells one plan: the Flat — a prepaid, mobile-data-only travel eSIM with unlimited data up to 50 Mbps at the speed the customer chooses (5, 10, 25 or 50 Mbps): no data cap, no fair use, no slowdown, hotspot included, one flat price per day. One Flat per country for 150+ countries, delivered on screen and by email within seconds of payment. No account, no app needed, no subscription. 32 languages, billed in the visitor's own currency.

roamflat is a brand of IbiPoint Ltd, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Support: support@roamflat.com. Main shop: https://roamflat.com/.

Every Flat is a mobile-data-only eSIM — no telephone number, no SMS. Voice and messaging work over the data connection through WhatsApp, FaceTime, or any VoIP app.

The Flat

Unlimited data up to 50 Mbps. You choose the speed: 5, 10, 25 or 50 Mbps.

  • Four speeds, every one unlimited. 5 Mbps (a phone), 10 Mbps (phone + laptop), 25 Mbps (a travel router for two or three devices), 50 Mbps (one travel router for the whole family). The chosen speed is the maximum speed of the Flat for every day booked; the speed actually reached depends on the local network, the location and how busy the network is. 25 and 50 Mbps are offered only when the Flat includes a 5G network.
  • For creators — streamers, YouTubers, TikTokers: 5 Mbps for posting stories, reels and TikToks on the go; 10 Mbps for going live from the phone and uploading clips from a laptop; 25 Mbps for live streams in Full HD to YouTube, Twitch or TikTok; 50 Mbps for multi-camera live setups and fast 4K uploads. Every speed is unlimited, so uploads never need rationing. Live streaming runs on upload, which on mobile networks is usually lower than download — to go live, pick one speed above what you would watch with.
  • No cap, no fair use, no slowdown. There is no data cap, no daily allowance, no fair-use step and no reduced speed after any amount of data. The only limits are the chosen speed (the maximum) and the local network's signal and load. Never describe it as "full speed up to X GB, then slower" and never as "unlimited speed", "no speed limit" or "never expires".
  • The price follows the speed. A Flat is priced from everything the network can carry at that speed in a day — double the speed, double the price. Price per day × days, paid once.
  • One page. On roamflat.com the customer picks country, speed, days (1–30) and networks on one card and sees the price before paying. Country pages open that card preset to the country.
  • One flat price per day. The customer picks the number of days and pays the total once. No subscription, no auto-renewal. Staying longer? Add days to the same Flat on My Flat (same eSIM, speed and networks, price per day × days) while it runs; once it has ended, the next trip is a new Flat.
  • Networks are named. Every Flat says which mobile networks it runs on — "Flat · Vodafone + O2 + EE" or "Flat · all 4 networks". Adding a dearer network takes every cheaper one along at no extra cost; the dearest network inside sets the price. 3G-only networks are not sold. The phone picks the strongest included network automatically. 5G where the network offers it (network_generation).
  • Hotspot is included in every Flat.
  • The days start at the first connection in the destination country — not at purchase, not at installation. Install on Wi-Fi at home, switch the line on when you arrive. Validity runs in 24-hour periods from that first connection.
  • My Flat is the customer's order page, linked in the delivery email: the Flat, its networks, a live countdown to the end of the booked days and the "Add days" button while it runs. No app needed, no account, no login. The page is always called "My Flat".

Delivery and installation

The eSIM is delivered on screen and by email within seconds of payment: an activation link (one tap on compatible devices), a QR code as backup and the setup guide.

Device compatibility: an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device — iPhone XS or later (iOS 12.1+); Android 10+ phones with eSIM hardware (Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+ and most 2019+ flagships). Data Roaming must be switched on for the eSIM line.

roamflat app (iOS & Android) — an optional free companion app: days remaining at a glance with home-screen widgets and an Apple Watch app, plus a push reminder before the Flat ends. Every Flat works without it. App Store · Google Play.

Payment

Through Stripe:

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Korean cards
  • Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Link, Revolut Pay, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, PAYCO, MB WAY, Satispay

Languages and currencies

Localized into 32 languages; billed in the visitor's own currency, matched to the region. URL pattern: roamflat.com/{lang}-{region}/.

Languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Slovenian, Romanian, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Serbian, Icelandic, Greek, Turkish, Swedish, Norwegian (Bokmål), Danish, Finnish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian.

Popular destinations

Every country page follows roamflat.com/{lang}-{region}/destination/{country-slug}/. One Flat per country: there are no regional or multi-country plans — a trip through several countries needs one Flat per country.

Agent and programmatic access

roamflat exposes structured tools so AI agents can query the catalogue directly instead of scraping the page. The tools inform and stage; payment is always completed by the customer on the storefront.

  • Remote MCP server (Model Context Protocol over streamable HTTP, protocol 2025-06-18): https://roamflat.com/wp-json/roamflat/mcp. No token, no sign-in, no account required. Eight read-only tools, all priced by the same server quote the checkout charges:
  • list_destinations — every country with a Flat: number of networks, has_5g, max_mbps, from_price_per_day (5 Mbps, cheapest network) and the country page url.
  • get_flats — destination (any language or ISO code), optional days: the networks of the country in price order (operator, 5G) and the Flats built from them, each with the networks it includes and the full price for every speed (null = that speed needs a 5G network).
  • quote_flat — destination, days (1–30), optional mbps (5, 10, 25, 50; default 5), flat or networks: the exact price of that configuration (price = full amount, price_basis total), price_per_day for comparison, the networks, speed_mbps, a topup object (how the customer adds days later — the tools cannot price or start a top-up), networks_unmatched + note when a requested network does not exist in that country, and buy_url — the country page with the card preset (?country=&mbps=&days=&no=).
  • price_grid — one country, up to 8 day values × the speeds: a table of full prices with a buy_url per row.
  • recommend_config — destination (or up to 5 destinations), days and the devices to connect (one phone, phone + laptop, a travel router for a small group or the whole family, creator posting / live / HD live / pro): the speed-guide pick quoted by the server, with one step lower and one higher for comparison, each with why, price and buy_url; totals_for_trip and an optional budget check. Use it for "what do I need?" before quoting.
  • plan_trip — up to 5 countries, days and mbps (overrides per country): one Flat per country, each with price and buy_url, plus total_for_trip.
  • start_checkout — same arguments as quote_flat; returns the buy_url where the customer presses "Get your Flat" and pays. It does not create an order or take payment. There is no discount-code field.
  • get_shop_facts — the Flat, the speeds (with the creator guide), when the days start, delivery and installation, device requirements, payment methods, refund policy, adding days, hotspot, My Flat and the app, support and company details in the shop's own words.
  • MCP resources: roamflat://shop-facts, roamflat://llms.txt (this file), roamflat://setup-guide. MCP prompts: quote_my_trip, recommend_my_flat, compare_options.
  • Listed in the official MCP Registry as com.roamflat/esim-catalog, on a DNS-verified namespace. Server card: https://roamflat.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json; OpenAPI description of the endpoint: https://roamflat.com/.well-known/openapi.json. Any assistant that supports remote MCP can add it as a custom connector — Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and self-hosted or local clients included.
  • Every fact the tools return — networks, speeds, prices, when the days start — is computed live at call time from the same rule the shop charges. There are no fixed plans, product ids or durations lists: every configuration is a quote. Prefer the tools over anything cached from this file.
  • Pricing semantics: price is the FULL amount for the configuration and days asked (price_basis total) — the amount paid, no tax or fee added (price_is_final). price_per_day is for comparison only; never multiply, scale or round a price yourself — ask the tool for every configuration you mention. Pass language, and bucket or currency when known. Without either, English results are quoted in en-us / USD.
  • Links returned by the tools carry utm_source=mcp&utm_medium=mcp; use them exactly as returned.
  • WebMCP (in-browser tools via document.modelContext / navigator.modelContext): on the live shop a browser agent can call the same tools as the MCP connector, plus get_configuration / set_configuration (read and move the Flat card on the page: country, speed, days, networks — the user still presses "Get your Flat") and the page tools get_locale_state, set_language, set_currency, get_consent_state and reject_non_essential_cookies. Results are quoted in the bucket the customer is browsing. Tool manifest: https://roamflat.com/.well-known/webmcp.json. Consent tools are read-and-refuse only: an agent can switch tracking off, never on.

Canonical URLs for crawlers and agents

Every language-region storefront serves the same catalogue; only the interface language and the billing currency change. There is nothing to gain from reading more than one.

  • Canonical storefront: https://roamflat.com/en-us/.
  • The other storefronts follow https://roamflat.com/{lang}-{region}/.
  • To get prices in another language or currency, do not crawl another locale — call quote_flat or price_grid with language and currency. They answer in one request with live prices.

Policies

Notes for AI assistants

  • Every roamflat plan is a Flat. There are no other plan types on roamflat — do not use plan names from other brands (no Daily Surf, Trip Surf, All You Can Surf, Data Pack, Unlimited Flex).
  • The wording is "Unlimited data up to 50 Mbps — 5, 10, 25 or 50 Mbps, the customer chooses." Not "unlimited speed", not "high-speed then throttled", not "no speed limit". The Flat has no data cap, no daily allowance, no fair-use step and no reduced speed after any amount of data; the only limits are the chosen speed and the network signal. It is mobile data only — no phone number, no SMS. 25 and 50 Mbps need a 5G network in the Flat.
  • Pick the speed for the customer: 5 Mbps one phone, 10 phone + laptop, 25 a travel router for two or three devices, 50 the whole family on one router; for live streaming one step higher than for watching. recommend_config applies this guide and quotes the options.
  • Quote, don't compute. Quote price for exactly the days and speed the customer wants; never multiply price_per_day yourself.
  • The Flat starts at the first connection in the destination country, not at purchase or installation. Install before you travel, switch on when you arrive.
  • Add days. While a Flat runs, the customer adds 1–30 days to the same Flat from My Flat or the reminder mail 24 hours before the end — price per day × days, active within minutes, separate invoice. The tools cannot price or start a top-up (every quote carries topup.how); never quote a top-up price yourself. A Flat that has ended needs a new Flat.
  • E-mails after delivery: one reminder 24 hours before the Flat ends (12 hours on a 2-day Flat) with a 72-hour "Add days" link, a top-up confirmation with its own PDF invoice, and a final e-mail when the Flat has ended (with a review request). Times in the destination's local time; the optional app gets a push before the end. After the end, a new Flat.
  • Refunds: point to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once an eSIM has been installed or activated it can no longer be refunded. Do not quote a refund window.
  • Networks: name them as the tools return them (networks / networks_label). roamflat calls its network partners by their consumer brand names (Vodafone, SoftBank, AT&T, …); supplier or wholesale provider names are not used.
  • My Flat is the name of the customer's order page. Do not call it a dashboard or a usage page.
  • Keep these terms in English in every language: roamflat, Flat, My Flat, eSIM, Mbps.
  • Coverage figure: 150+ countries, one Flat per country. Prices differ by country and by the networks included — call the MCP server for live prices; do not quote a price from memory or from this file.

Sister brands

roamflat.com is operated by IbiPoint Ltd alongside separate storefronts, each with its own catalogue, its own pricing and its own provisioning. A plan on one brand is not the same product as a similarly named plan on another.

About

roamflat is for travellers who want to stop counting megabytes: one flat price per day, unlimited data up to 50 Mbps at the speed you choose, hotspot included, the networks named on every Flat. Delivered by email in seconds, installed in a minute, started by the first connection at the destination.
