Connect your assistant

One connection, in the tool you already talk to. Each of these speaks the Model Context Protocol, so it is the same three steps and the same address every time.

Set it up once and both Claude on the web and the desktop app pick it up.

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Add Penny as a custom connector, using the address below.
  3. Authorize in your browser, then verify the connection.

Set it up on the web and the desktop app picks it up.

  1. Enable Developer mode in Settings — custom apps are hidden until you do.
  2. Add Penny as a custom app, using the address below.
  3. Authorize in your browser, then verify the connection.

Each of these installs as a plugin, so your memory, projects and skills come with you into the editor. Run the commands as they are written.

Claude Code

The plugin brings the Penny skill, the MCP server, hooks and transcript learning in one install. Run both commands inside any Claude Code session.

On your next session the plugin prints the exact sign-in command for your machine — run the one it gives you.
