Partner suppliers receive a disclosed boost in Best value; cost remains the largest factor. Sort by price alone · How we rank.

One item shipped to the US, in USD, before tax and additional print areas. ≈ means the total includes a shipping estimate. A live base price does not mean shipping is live. Open a cost to inspect its breakdown, or visit the supplier for the final quote.

Why you can trust these numbers

BestPrintOnDemand ranks on the data, and it is upfront about the one place our business enters the ordering. The default Best value view leads with the cheapest landed cost and gives suppliers we hold an active referral partnership with a disclosed boost, so a genuinely competitive partner can sit just above a slightly cheaper alternative. That boost is bounded (landed cost is always the largest factor) and never hidden: every partner is labeled 'Partner', partner status never changes a base cost or a fact, and switching Rank by to 'Cheapest' sorts by price alone, so the lowest verified cost is always one click away. Base prices link to their sources. Shipping estimates are labeled separately, and estimated costs are not supplier quotes. Missing base prices stay blank.

Questions

Common questions

What does BestPrintOnDemand track?

T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, posters, stickers, phone cases, hats and more across print-on-demand suppliers. Search by product or blank, filter by category and supplier, and compare base cost plus first-item shipping in USD. Some totals use a clearly labeled shipping estimate.

Where does the data come from?

Printful, Printify and Gelato prices are checked automatically: Printful's and Printify's from each supplier's public catalog, Gelato's through its own price API. Printify's figure is its print provider with the lowest US total, checked together with that provider's US shipping, and Gelato's comes with its cheapest standard US shipping. The freshness indicator shows coverage, and individual offers show their source dates. Other supplier figures come from their linked pricing pages; they are dated, not live. Missing base prices stay blank. When a supplier publishes no shipping rate for a product, we use a labeled estimate from the rates other suppliers publish for the same product (or its category); otherwise the total stays blank.

Is the base cost my total cost to sell?

No. The base cost is the blank plus one print. Your real per-unit cost is the landed cost: base cost plus first-item shipping. Our default Best value view leads with the lowest landed cost and gives labeled referral partners a small, bounded boost, so a genuinely competitive partner can sit just above a slightly cheaper option; switch Rank by to 'Cheapest' to sort by price alone. Your final profit also depends on the retail price you set and any subscription or transaction fees.

Is this financial or business advice?

No. BestPrintOnDemand is an informational data platform, not a financial or business advisor. Prices change often; always verify the final cost with the supplier before you list a product.
