Claude (claude.ai, desktop and mobile)

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Name: Boring API, URL: https://api.relaex-engineers.de/mcp, no authentication.
In a chat, enable the connector in the tools menu. Claude then calls the tools on its own when a request fits, or when you ask for them by name.

ChatGPT

In the settings under Apps (formerly Connectors), open the advanced settings and enable Developer mode (paid plans; on Business and Enterprise an admin enables it).
Create an app: name Boring API, MCP server URL https://api.relaex-engineers.de/mcp, authentication No authentication.
In a chat, select the app from the tools menu. Files you upload in the chat are passed to the tools automatically.

Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients

claude mcp add --scope user --transport http boring https://api.relaex-engineers.de/mcp

Other clients: add a remote MCP server with transport “Streamable HTTP” and the URL above.

Tools

supplier_compare: compare two supplier price lists (CSV, Excel, DATANORM, PDF).
documents_tables: extract tables from a PDF with page and position.
merchant_validate: check Google, Shopify and Meta product feeds.
schema_normalize: turn a product or supplier export into an import file for Shopify, Google Merchant, WooCommerce or your own JSON Schema.
table_diff: compare two versions of any table and see what changed.
datasheet_compare (beta): compare two revisions of a MOSFET datasheet.
