Got your sides in a chat? Send them to blablabla.

Ask Claude to send a script to blablabla. It lands in your inbox, and the app imports it like any other scene, ready to rehearse.

Claude can also find you a free scene or monologue to practice, and make a rehearsal plan for the days you have before an audition or a selftape.

blablabla reads the other characters' lines aloud and waits for you to say yours. Get the app first, then connect your assistant to send it your sides.

Things to ask

  • Send these sides to blablabla.
  • Find me a two-person drama scene to practice.
  • I need a comedic monologue for a teenager, about two minutes.
  • My selftape is due Friday. Make me a plan for 30 minutes a day.

A ChatGPT version is on the way. Until then, the steps below are for Claude.

Add blablabla to Claude

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and add blablabla. If you add it yourself with Add custom connector, use this address:

https://sayblablabla.com/mcp/connect

If Claude asks how you sign in, choose Sign in when needed. Scenes, monologues and plans work straight away, without an account.

In Claude Code, run:

claude mcp add --transport http blablabla https://sayblablabla.com/mcp/connect

Other apps

Any assistant app that lets you add a connector by address can use blablabla. Add this address, and sign in when it asks:

https://sayblablabla.com/mcp/connect

Send a script

  1. Attach your script, or photos of its pages, or paste the text, and ask your assistant to send it to blablabla.
  2. The first time, it asks you to connect your blablabla account. Sign in with Apple or Google and tap Allow sending scripts. You go straight back to the chat. Then ask again.
  3. Open blablabla on your iPhone, iPad or Android phone. The app offers to import the script.

When the assistant can't pass a file along, it gives you a one-time upload link instead. Open it within 15 minutes, choose the file or the photos, and tap Send. The file goes straight to your inbox and never passes through the chat.

You can ask whether a script has arrived, or ask it to delete one you haven't imported yet.

Find something to rehearse

Ask for a two-person scene, or for a monologue by genre, age or length. They come from the free practice library: original pieces, free to rehearse and to use for practice selftapes, and the assistant can show you the full text. Ask for a plan and you get a short daily routine for learning lines, a cold read or a selftape, built around the days and minutes you have.

What the assistant can and can't see

The connection only goes one way. The assistant can send scripts to your account. It can never read your scripts, your scenes or anything else in your account, and we never tell it what a script says.

A script waits in your inbox until you import or discard it in the app, for up to 7 days. A connection lasts up to 30 days. You can disconnect at any time in the assistant, or on your connected apps page. The privacy policy has the details.

Questions

No. The connection only goes one way: Claude can send a script into your blablabla inbox, and it can never read your scripts, your scenes or anything else in your account.

Connecting is free, and scenes, monologues and plans work without an account. A script you send is rehearsed like any other import in the app, using your free or Pro voiced scenes.

Yes. Scripts you send open in blablabla on iPhone, iPad and Android. The free scenes, monologues and plans work on any device, in any assistant app that can add a connector.

A ChatGPT version is on the way. For now, blablabla works with Claude, Claude Code and other assistant apps that let you add a connector by address.

Discard it in the app, or ask the assistant to delete it before you import it. Anything you don't import is deleted after 7 days.
