17文字のVINをデコードします。NHTSA工場仕様、CarWhere検証済み購入者価格、公開中のNHTSAリコール、AI生成の事実に基づく洞察（Claude Haiku）を返します。

check_recalls

VINまたは年式/メーカー/モデルで車両の公開NHTSA安全リコールを検索します。重大度フラグ（運転禁止、屋外駐車、OTAアップデート）を含みます。

get_pricing

任意の年式/メーカー/モデルの検証済み購入者取引価格。州によるフィルタリングも可能。平均価格、MSRP比%、価格帯、上位トリム、サンプル数を返します。

validate_vin_check_digit

オフラインのISO 3779 / 49 CFR §565.15チェックサム検証ツール。純粋なローカル計算で、ネットワーク呼び出しゼロ — 有料API呼び出しを消費する前のタイプミス検出に便利です。
