Paste the prompt into your coding agent. It runs the haggl.ai CLI, and you approve one sign-in in your browser. That sign-in also lets the CLI set up, start, pause, resume and end your agent’s budget, once you’ve read its terms. haggl.ai reads your site and drafts your AI sales agent: who your customers are. It’s live on the Free plan right away, at your list prices, and makes discount offers once you start a budget: what you’ll spend, and the most any deal may take off. Your coding agent then adds a small snippet to your site’s<head>, deploys, and runs a check that it’s there. -
Add the plugin to your assistant
Add the haggl.ai plugin to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini with one URL, then sign in with your haggl.ai account. Ask how your agent is doing, read its negotiations and see its results. Set up its budget, then start, pause, resume or end it. Your assistant checks with you before it changes anything.
- Overview “Is my haggl.ai agent live? How many negotiations are left this month?” Whether it’s live, your plan and this month’s negotiations, whether the snippet is on your site, and what its budget has spent.
- Performance “How did my haggl.ai agent do this week?” Negotiations, offers, accepted deals and paid orders for the period, and the discounts given. Accepted and paid are counted separately.
- Negotiations “Show me yesterday’s negotiations and what we offered.” Each one with the discount offered and how it ended. Ask for any of them round by round.
- Budget “Set up a $500 budget to win about 40 new customers, at most 15% off each order.” Your assistant shows you the terms in plain words. The budget starts only after your yes, on exactly the terms you read.
- Pause and resume “Pause my budget.” Your agent makes no discount offers until you say “Resume my budget.” Deals already accepted still go through.
- Payments “How do I take payments for these deals?” Whether shoppers can accept your deals yet, with links to set up checkout or turn on Pay as you go, which you open in your browser.
Before it starts, pauses, resumes or ends a budget, your assistant shows you exactly what will change. Nothing changes until you say yes.
Payment setup always happens in your browser, never in the chat.
Set up checkout to close deals
Your agent runs on the Free plan with no payment method: 50 negotiations a month, with haggl.ai fees waived. It answers at your list prices as soon as it’s live, and makes discount offers once you start a budget, which says how a deal checks out. Connect Stripe and choose your price: shoppers then pay their negotiated deal through a Stripe Checkout link made for that deal. Or add your own checkout link or an acceptance webhook, and honor the discount yourself. When you need more negotiations, Pay as you go allows 500 a month: haggl.ai earns 10% of the discount actually used, or 1% of the sale when the offer has no discount (a bundle, a plan or a gift), on verified paid purchases only, and there is no base fee. You set up payments in your browser, never in a chat.
It never goes past your limits.
Every offer stays inside the budget and the maximum discount you set. Until you start a budget, your agent answers at your list prices. Change, pause or end the budget in your browser, or with the CLI.
You can pause it any time.
Pause it in your browser or from your assistant. Shoppers’ agents can’t negotiate with it until you resume, and deals already accepted still complete.
It isn’t a chatbot on your site.
It negotiates with your customers’ AI assistants. Shoppers stay in ChatGPT, Claude or whichever assistant they use, and their assistant does the talking.
Frequently asked questions
It’s a few lines in your site’s <head>. Meta tags tell AI assistants that visit your site where to reach your haggl.ai agent, and a small script does the same for assistants that run JavaScript. By default the script also shows a small “Negotiate with haggl.ai” button; add data-badge="off" to the script tag to hide it. Your site gets no new package or dependency.
Any coding agent that can run a command in your project and edit your site’s code, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Gemini CLI. The haggl.ai CLI runs with npx and needs Node.js 18.17 or later. If your coding agent can’t deploy, deploy the change yourself and ask it to run the check.
No. Payment setup always happens in your browser. The CLI can’t change billing, and for payments the plugin only gives your assistant links that you open in your browser. Card details and your Stripe sign-in never go through a chat.
You start on the Free plan: 50 negotiations a month, haggl.ai fees waived, no payment method needed. Reaching the limit never moves you to a paid plan. Pay as you go allows 500 negotiations a month, and haggl.ai earns 10% of the discount actually used, or 1% of the sale when the offer has no discount (a bundle, a plan or a gift), on verified paid purchases only. There is no base fee. Details are at www.haggl.ai/pricing.
It can read your agent, draft one from your website when you have none, check that the snippet is installed, and set up, start, pause, resume and end your agent’s budget. It can’t change billing. Your coding agent shows you a budget’s terms and starts it only once you’ve said yes, and new terms for a running budget pause it until they start, so it asks first. You get an email each time it starts or resumes a budget. A CLI sign-in approved before version 0.3.0 can still set up and pause a budget; to start or resume one, run npx @haggl/cli login and approve the new sign-in.
Yes. Set its budget, goal and maximum discount in your browser at www.haggl.ai/edit, with the CLI (npx @haggl/cli budget set), or by asking your assistant through the plugin. Nothing starts until you’ve read the terms and said yes, and you can change, pause or end the budget any time. If you added the plugin before it could start budgets, remove it from your assistant and add it again to let it start one. An agent set up before budgets keeps its personas and their limits, which you or your assistant can change, until you start one.
Shopify stores install haggl.ai through the haggl.ai Shopify app instead. If your coding agent runs the CLI on a Shopify store, it stops before creating anything and points you to the e-commerce setup at www.haggl.ai/ecom.
Ask your coding agent to delete the snippet. Your agent stays live in your haggl.ai account until you pause it, in your browser at www.haggl.ai/edit or from your assistant. To disconnect the plugin, remove it in your assistant’s settings.
Start with one prompt.
Paste it into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any coding agent that works on your site. You approve one sign-in, and your agent goes live on the Free plan.
