Booking for AI agents — how to book a free consultation directly

AI assistants can check availability and book the free 15-minute phone consultation without a browser. Two equivalent interfaces:

1. MCP server (ChatGPT connectors/Apps, Claude, any MCP client)

2. Plain REST (also described in OpenAPI at /api/ai/openapi.json)

1. GET https://wellpreppedlife.com/api/slots?start=YYYY-MM-DD&end=YYYY-MM-DD → { "days": { "2026-10-01": ["2026-10-01T16:00:00.000Z", ...] } } Times are UTC ISO; show the user Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles).
2. Confirm the exact time, full name, and email with the user.
