What is SoulStack?

One dashboard for founders who run more than one app. It reads revenue, users, errors and AI costs from the tools you already use, scores each app from 0 to 100, and shows which one needs you first.

How is the health score worked out?

From five inputs: MRR growth (30%), churn (25%), user growth (20%), error rate (15%) and AI cost as a share of revenue (10%). If a source isn't connected, that input is left out, the others count for more, and the app tells you what to connect.

Which tools does it connect to?

Stripe, RevenueCat and Google Play for revenue, PostHog for users, Sentry for errors, OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenRouter for AI costs, and Supabase for numbers from your own database. App Store Connect, and Vercel and Cloudflare hosting costs, are coming soon.

Are my API keys safe?

You give each provider's narrowest key, read-only wherever it's offered. Keys are encrypted before they're stored, never shown again, and SoulStack never writes to your providers.

Will it tell me when something goes wrong?

Yes. Alerts open when failed payments, churn, an MRR drop, errors, AI costs or a low margin pass your limits, and SoulStack emails you when one opens. You choose which limits and which emails.

Does it show profit, not just revenue?

Yes. Each app shows what it keeps after payment fees, App Store and Google Play commission and AI, with hosting costs coming soon. It uses the real fees where Stripe and Google report them, and says when a figure is estimated.

What is the Monday brief?

An email every Monday at 8am your time, on Pro and Studio: your stack's MRR, profit and open alerts, each app's health against last week, and the one thing to do first. Turn it off any time in Settings.

Can I use it with my own AI agent?

Yes. Ask questions about your stack inside SoulStack, or on Pro and Studio connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client to your stack. It can read, never change.

What does it cost?

Free for 1 app. Pro is $19 a month for 10 apps, the Monday brief and MCP for your own AI, and Studio is $49 a month for 50 apps and higher MCP limits. Cancel any time.
