Is it free?

Yes. The 10 tools on the public https://api.adminlanding.com/mcp endpoint are free and need no account — zone tendue, notice period (préavis), DPE restrictions, IRL rent revision, net Swiss salary, LAMal vs CMU, family allowances, Geneva quasi-resident, home employment end of contract (CESU / Pajemploi, home employee or assistant maternel). The 32 authenticated tools — generating documents (rent receipts, leases, the 13 home-employment documents) and reading your own records — require signing in with an account and the matching pack (Rental Pack, Home Employment Pack), via the /mcp/account endpoint.

Which AI assistants work?

Any MCP-capable assistant. Claude and Mistral Le Chat both include custom connectors on their free tiers, so they work out of the box. ChatGPT supports MCP in developer mode (not the consumer one-click connector list). Add the connector URL as a custom MCP connector in the assistant's settings.

Is this AI?

No. AdminLanding's tools are deterministic — calculators applying published rules and legal document templates. There is no AI in them and no content is AI-generated. The AI is your own assistant (Claude, Le Chat…): it decides which tool to call and reads back the exact result our tools return. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can the agent see my tenants' data?

No. When you sign in, an agent can read your own property list (list_properties), your own compliance deadlines (list_deadlines) and each property's compliance status (get_compliance_status) — all derived from what you saved — and generate documents on your packs. It can never read your tenants' personal data, your stored documents, or your encrypted Vault. The free public endpoint reads nothing about you at all — it only runs the calculators on the values you pass.

Are the generated documents in English?

No — the generated documents are in French, because that is what makes them legally valid in France. The interface, the tool descriptions and your assistant's answers can be in English or French; the documents themselves stay French.
