Step 3

Ace builds it like a pro.

Goal, audience, placements, budget, texts — set up the way a specialist would, within Meta's rules. Created paused, so nothing runs until Maria says so.

Everything a pro does. Built in.

Finds wasted spend

Campaigns that spend without results are flagged with the money at stake.

Spots problems overnight

Spend spikes and falling results are compared with your usual days.

Checks your website

Pixel, Google tag and conversions — fixed with a few clicks.

Writes your ads

Texts within Google and Meta limits, in your tone.

Answers in plain words

Ask anything about your ads and see where every number comes from.

Google and Meta

Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads in one place.

Your team, your clients

Invite people, share live dashboards, send reports.

Safe by design

Limits, approvals with a code, undo and a full history.

New: from the click to the hire.

Ads should be judged by the people who came to an interview or bought — not by clicks. The latest release closes that loop and keeps every change under your control.

Why agencies switch to AdAce Ads

Pay for results you can prove

Optimize Google and Meta for interviews and hires instead of cheap clicks — and show clients the cost per hire, campaign by campaign.

Fewer surprises

Disapproved ads, idle campaigns, manual edits and campaigns created outside your workflow reach your Telegram the same day.

Launch faster, in more languages

Templates, AI copy and demand estimates turn a new client's brief into paused, ready-to-review campaigns in one sitting.

Control without micromanagement

Changes are proposed and checked against the client's rules. You choose approvals or an automatic policy; supported reversible changes have an undo workflow.

Questions from small business owners

I have never run ads. Can I really do this?

Yes. You connect your Meta or Google ad account and tell Ace what you sell, where and for how much. Ace checks your account and website, proposes a plan and creates the campaign paused. You add a photo, review and approve. Every step has a plain-language guide.

Do I still need an agency or a specialist?

Not to get started and run campaigns day to day. AdAce Ads does the setup, daily checks and reporting that you would otherwise pay a retainer for. If you work with a specialist, you can invite them to your workspace.

What exactly does Ace do?

Ace reads your ad accounts and analytics, answers questions with sources, builds campaigns and ad sets in a paused state, writes ad texts within platform limits, finds wasted spend and anomalies and proposes fixes. Execution follows the client's approvals or an automatic policy you explicitly configure.

Will it spend my money without asking?

No. New campaigns are created paused. Every change waits for your approval with a one-time code — unless you allow automatic application of safe, reversible changes within your limits. A daily budget cap protects you from large budgets.

Which platforms can I use?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, plus Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager for tracking. Microsoft Advertising and Klaviyo are being enabled; LinkedIn and TikTok are coming.

How much should I spend on ads?

You choose. Many small businesses start with a few dollars a day. Ace proposes a budget for review. Client limits constrain proposals; provider spending rules still apply to actual charges.

Do I need a payment card to start?

No. You create a workspace with your email. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta or Google, as usual.

Do you need my passwords?

No. You sign in through the official Google and Meta screens. Access is encrypted and can be revoked any time — disconnecting also revokes it at the provider.

What if I don't like a change?

Undo it. Reversible changes — budgets, statuses, targeting, bids — go back to the previous state in one action, and everything is kept in the history.

Can I use it from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. AdAce Ads works as a Google Ads and Meta Ads MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI assistants. The same safety rules apply there.

Is AdAce Ads an AI marketing agency?

It does the ad work an agency would do — setup, daily checks, fixes and reports — with an AI ad specialist, while you keep control and pay no retainer. It is software, not a team of people, and you can still invite your own specialist.

Which languages are available?

This website is in English and Russian. The app is in English and Ukrainian, and Ace answers in the language you write in.

What happens to my data?

It is used only to provide the service, never sold or used for advertising, and isolated from other businesses at the database level. See the privacy policy.

Choose your next step

Follow a short reading path for the task you need to complete.

Connect your advertising accounts

Start with email confirmation, then choose the accounts and campaigns your team will work with.

  1. Create an AdAce Ads workspace: email confirmation and first checks
  2. Connect Google Ads accounts and verify manager account access
  3. Connect Meta ad accounts and verify Facebook and Instagram data access
  4. Import ad accounts and campaigns in a few clicks

Connect AI and verify its answers

Set up your AI client, check actual tool activity and test recommendations before acting.

  1. Connect ChatGPT to AdAce Ads through MCP and verify the first read
  2. AdAce Ads API keys: scopes, expiry, verification and revocation
  3. Verify an AdAce Ads MCP connection with tool results and activity
  4. Build an AI advertising analyst evaluation set from your own saved snapshots

Turn campaign reports into decisions

Calculate combined CPA, separate reporting events from business outcomes and reconcile leads with sales.

  1. Calculate combined CPA without averaging campaign CPAs
  2. Separate business outcomes from diagnostic conversions in your scorecard
  3. Reconcile ad spend, leads, sales and refunds in one acquisition cohort
  4. Compare conversion cohorts only after they have had time to mature

New practical guides

Calculate combined CPA without averaging campaign CPAs

Build a defensible combined CPA from compatible spend and results, with rules for zero conversions, missing rows and changing campaign mix.

Write a weekly advertising decision memo that leads to a clear next step

Turn a weekly ad report into a decision memo with evidence, hypotheses, an owner and a review date, while keeping uncertainty visible.

Review temporary advertising access by task, scope and exit date

Use an access card for temporary contractors: define the task, minimum client scope, review owner and evidence needed to close access.

Make advertising decisions when a few leads can swing your CPA

Evaluate small-budget campaigns using sensitivity, mature cohorts and reversible decisions instead of a universal minimum number of leads.

Diagnose uneven campaign spend inside a shared budget

Trace pool membership, eligibility and demand before interpreting low campaign spend as a shared-budget allocation failure.

Audit advertising waste outside your real service area

Compare campaign geography with fulfilment limits and actual service requests before proposing exclusions or narrowing location targeting.
