Immo Spot MCP
Immo Spot is a French real estate SaaS aggregating ~40 official French open data sources — DVF+ (real transaction records), cadastre, DPE energy ratings, natural and technological risk zones, urban planning rules (PLU), building permits, and more.
This repository is not source code — Immo Spot is a closed-source hosted SaaS. It exists as a public reference point for MCP directories that require a repository link, and to document the server for anyone evaluating it.
